Clinical Observation Of Modified Erxian Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Perimenopausal Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Yin And Yang

Objective:In this topic,by observing the clinical efficacy of Jiajian Erxian Decoction in the treatment of patients with Yin and Yang deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome（PMS）,this topic preliminarily explores the clinical significance of Jiajian Erxian Decoction in the treatment of Yin and Yang deficiency type PMS,and provides new ideas for its treatment,New methods,enrich the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.method:This study adopted a randomized,case-control design,collected patients from January 2020 to December 2020 in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Endocrinology Department of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the inclusion criteria,patients with PMS with Yin and Yang deficiency were selected 66 Cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with33 cases.The treatment group took Jiajian Erxian Decoction Free Decoction Granules,and the control group took Kunbao Pills.The changes of modified kupperman score,TCM syndrome score and serum sex hormones（LH,FSH,E₂）before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Research result:（1）Total effective rate:The total effective rate of the treatment group（90.63%）was significantly better than the total effective rate of the control group（74.19%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.（2）TCM syndrome score:Comparing the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores were significantly decreased（P<0.01）,and the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group（P<0.01）.（3）Single TCM symptom score:After treatment,the two groups were compared,the patients in the treatment group were hot and sweaty,waist and knees were sore,dizzy,tinnitus,upset and restless,and mouth pain improved significantly（P<0.05）.There were no statistics on the other single TCM syndrome scores.Academic significance（P>0.05）.（4）Modified Kupperman score:The modified Kupperman score of the two groups of patients decreased significantly after treatment compared with before treatment（P<0.01）,and the modified Kupperman score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group（P<0.01）.（5）Serum sex hormone levels:The comparison of the levels of estradiol（E₂）,follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）and luteinizing hormone（LH）between the two groups before and after treatment was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.（6）Safety evaluation:There were no obvious side effects during the treatment of the two groups of patients,and the safety was good.Conclusion:Jiajian Erxian Decoction is better than the control group in improving the modified Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score of PMS patients with deficiency of both yin and yang.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,and is safe and has no obvious adverse reactions.
