Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Bushen Tiaozhou Decoction On Infertility Patients With Kidney Deficiency Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:By observing the changes of TCM clinical symptoms,basal body temperature and pregnancy rate,the clinical efficacy of bushentiaozhou prescription in the treatment of PCOS infertility patients with kidney deficiency was studied,providing certain reference value for clinicians in the treatment of this disease.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria of the experiment were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group were treated with oral administration of letrozole alone,and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine kidney-tonifying and tiaozhou prescription plus or minus for the treatment of letrozole.After 3 menstrual cycles of intervention treatment,the observation indexes were: clinical symptoms of TCM,the number of cases whose basal body temperature changed to bipolar and the number of clinical pregnancies.Results:1.The age and course distribution of the patients in the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant by t test;2.Comparison of syndrome scores before and after treatment in the group of traditional Chinese medicine jialetazole,t=22.082,P=0.000 < 0.05;Before and after treatment with letrozole alone,the scores of symptoms in the group were compared,t=15.868,P=0.000 < 0.05.The symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant.After treatment,the patients in the two groups were compared with each other,and the difference values were compared with each other,t=3.397,P =0.001 < 0.05,which was statistically significant.The effect of letrozole group was better than that of letrozole group.3.The effective rate of promoting the transformation of basic body temperature from single-phase to bi-phase in the group of Chinese medicine caletrozole was 76.67%,which was 50% higher than that in the group of letrozole alone(P<0.05).4.There were 8 cases of clinical pregnancy with an effective rate of 26.67% in the TCM + letrozole group,and 2 cases of clinical pregnancy with an effective rate of 6.67% in the letrozole alone group.The effective rate was higher in the TCM + letrozole group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with letrozole therapy may improve the TCM symptoms of kidney deficiency type PCOS infertility patients,promote follicular development,make menstrual rules,improve the pregnancy rate,indicating that the combined Chinese and western medicine has obvious advantages in clinical treatment effect.
