Clinical Observation Of Qizhi Dihuang Decoction Combined With Valsartan In Treating Diabetic Kidney Disease Of Deficiency Of Qi And Yin With Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe and evaluate the effect of Qizhi Dihuang Decoction Combined with valsartan capsule on TCM syndrome score and related laboratory indexes in patients with G1A2 and G2A2 Diabetic Kidney Disease of Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis type,so as to provide new ideas and methods for controlling the progress of the disease.Methods:70 cases of DKD with Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis at G1A2 and G2A2 stages were randomly divided into two groups: Qizhi Dihuang Decoction group and conventional group,35 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with basic western medicine and valsartan capsule,and the Qizhi Dihuang decoction group was treated with Qizhi Dihuang Decoction on the basis of conventional group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Observing the changes of two groups’ TCM syndrome points and some laboratory index,including major index,such as UACR,SCR,BUN,and GFR;secondary indicators: FPG,Hb Alc,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and CRP,as well as vital signs,three major vital signs routine and blood electrolytes,liver function and electrocardiogram.Spss 25.0 was used to analyze the above data.Results:1.The total effective rate was 77.14% in the Qizhi Dihuang Decoction group and 54.29% in the conventional group.The curative effect of the Qizhi Dihuang Decoction group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01),and the effect of the Qizhi Dihuang Decoction group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).2.In terms of renal function,Compared with before treatment,UACR of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the curative effect of Qizhi Dihuang Decoction group was much better than that of the conventional group(P<0.01);In terms of GFR,Qizhi Dihuang Decoction group was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the conventional group was improved(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in BUN and SCR between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the GFR,BUN and SCR of the two groups were all without statistical significance(P>0.05).3.In terms of blood glucose index,the FPG and Hb Alc of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the Qizhi Dihuang Decoction group was much better than the conventional group(P<0.01).4.In terms of blood lipid indexes,After treatment,LDL-C、 HDL-C and TG of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),TC of the two groups was without statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,TG and LDL-C in Qizhi Dihuang Decoction group was better than that in conventional group,TG was the better one(TG P<0.01,LDL-C P<0.05).The two groups of HDL-C and TC(P>0.05),had no statistical significance.5.In terms of inflammatory indexes,there was no significant change in CRP before and after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).6.In this experiment,there was no obvious abnormality in the safety indexes of the two groups.Conclusion:Based on the basic treatment of western medicine,Qizhi Dihuang Decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with G1A2 and G2A2 diabetic kidney disease of Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis type,reduce urinary protein,improve renal function,control blood glucose and blood lipid indexes,delay and control the development of the disease,with good safety and no obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of further study.
