Clinical Analysis Of One-piece Bifurcation Covered Stent In The Treatment Of Abdominal ILIAC Artery Disease

Objective:To analyze the effect of one-piece bifurcated covered stent in the treatment of related diseasesMethods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 31 cases of abdominal iliac artery disease treated with unibody bifurcated covered stent in the vascular intervention Department of Yan’an Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University from August 2015 to December 2019.The related data of 3 months,6 months and 1 year before and after operation were collected,and the incidence of related complications were analyzed by t test.Results:31 patients were followed up 3 months,6 months and 1 year after the operation.There were no major adverse events or complications in the 31 patients during the follow-up period.The clinical data of 3 months after operation,6 months after operation,1 years after operation and pre-operation were compared and analyzed.(1)In the aspect of AAA,the changes of diameter in March,June and one year were 49.61 ± 5.17,48.57 ± 5.14 and 47.68±4.78,respectively(P<0.05).(2)The diameter of ILIAC artery aneurysm was(24.79±7.42)in 3 months,(23.96±6.07)in 6 months and(23.45±5.43)in 1 year after operation respectively.The diameter of ILIAC artery aneurysm decreased to some extent compared with that before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)the changes of serum creatinine in three months,six months and one year were(65.67±17.86),(67.67±14.92)and(67.02 ± 14.75),respectively,compared with that before operation(67.45±18.51),there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:This method is useful for the diagnosis of related abdominal ILIAC artery disease has definite short-term and medium-term efficacy,with the advantages of minimally invasive,fewer complications,high success rate,quick postoperative recovery,simple operation,short operation time,etc.,It has important value of application and popularization in the clinical treatment of related diseases.
