| Deeply integrated with traditional medical and health services,"Internet +Medical treatment",is a new type of services,which is based on the Internet and Information Technology.In recent years,whether from the national policy and social demand,or the integration of the Internet and the health care industry,it indicates a new development of the industry.Especially this year in the new epidemic period,"Internet + Medical treatment" played a more prominent role,which is known to us all.Taking H Company as an example,this article analyzes how it,as a traditional medical and health leading enterprise,carries out the development strategy of "Internet + Medical treatment" platform to combine the advantages that H company has accumulated over the years,trying to find out a suitable development strategy for their own company as well as cope with their future competition in the industry.The main contents of this paper are divided into five parts.First,based on the theory of strategic management,this paper uses PEST analysis,industry environment analysis as well as Porter’s five-force model to analyze the macro-environment and industry competition situation that H Company’s "Internet + Medical treatment" platform faces.Secondly,the development of H company and the main business,product line is briefly introduced and analyze the internal environment of H company from financial resources,organizational resources,human resources and technical resources.Then,through SWOT analysis,combined the demand and pain point analysis of all parties in the industry,this article helps H company to identify the direction and objectives for the development of Internet medical services.Then this paper put forward specific strategies based on the company’s resource advantages and integration ability to the implementation of the platform strategy.Finally,from the organizational structure,corporate culture,staff training three aspects,this article provides security measures for the implementation of the strategy.The paper holds that under the background of the broad market prospect of the big health industry and the development of the new generation of information technology such as the Internet,big data and cloud computing,H companies can make use of their rich industry resources,medical and health IT product lines,as well as the brand and capital advantages of listed companies to carry out the " Internet +Medical treatment " platform strategy.Then through electronic prescription extension,doctor-patient online consultation,continuous nursing,business insurance online claims and anti-fraud information services and other platform business model,to create "Internet medical and health" service platform.According to the Business Development Strategy,H company established the Internet Medical Service Department and selected the pilot cities,set up the platform and actively cooperated with upstream and downstream enterprises,such as drug distributors,commercial insurance companies,hospitals,and health service organizations offline.At the same time,H Company is suggested to provide necessary safeguard measures for the strategic transformation such as organization,talent,salary distribution,enterprise culture and staff training system.It is expected that the research results of this paper will be helpful to H Company and help it to make more breakthroughs and achievements in the future industry competition.At the same time,I hope that the results of this paper can be used as a reference for traditional medical information enterprises and other IT enterprises in the new external environment of "Internet +Medical treatment" platform mode transformation. |
