Objectives:Taking the enterprise strategic management theory and the enterprise strategic ecosystem theory as the main rationale, to analysis the concept and the layer of the hospital strategic management, establishes the city hospital strategic ecological model, consummates city hospital strategic management study system info of our country, according to the city hospital strategic management implementation model, describes the hospital mission, the idea as well as the city hospital strategy forms, implementation and appraisal, forms the hospital strategic management system and the implementation method that has the theory guiding sense, provides the policy-making basis for the hospital strategic management.Methods:1. Literature study: Through the widespread collection related the enterprise strategic management theory and the strategy ecosystem theory's material, analyzes the strategic management nature, the characteristic, the principle and the process of our country hospital strategy management.By studying the professional journals, policy papers, internet and publications, the newly situation and development of strategy and measures on hospital management were made clear.2.
