Through 40 years of development,private hospitals have been recognized by the public with their high efficiency and high quality.In the context of the continuous government promulgation of corresponding policy support and the continuous improvement of the social and economic level,the current focus of social attention is to explore how private hospitals can achieve mixed development under the multi-system logical framework.Although some scholars have conducted research on the integration of different institutional logics at the organizational level under the framework of multiple institutional logic,most of the research is limited to a static perspective,and there is no dynamic analysis of the stability and mixed state of the organization under the framework of multiple institutional logic.Nor has it explained the reasons for the organization’s mixed strategic response under the multi-system logic framework.At the same time,there are few studies on the dynamic evolutionary relationship between the different multi-system logic states in the organization.Therefore,this study takes the BE Orthopedic Medical Group in the private medical industry as a research case.Under the influence of multiple institutional logics such as professional logic and market logic,this study uses a longitudinal exploratory single case study method to study the organizational level of private medical institutions.The strategic response mechanism and method of the organization,as well as the characteristics of the hybrid state and its evolution at different stages,analyze the integration method of the organization’s hybrid process,the relationship between the hybrid state of different institutional logics within the organization and the logic pressure of the external multiple systems,thus Draw the path of organizational mixing process under the logic of multiple systems and the following three conclusions.First,the organization’s hybrid strategic response mechanism and integration methods under the multi-system logical framework.BE adopts "fuzzy strategy→division of labor-cooperative strategy→overall cooperation strategy→coupling strategy" as the integrated method of mixed strategy response in each stage.This study analyzes the impact of multiple system logic on the internal mixing state of the organization from both strategic objectives and means.Combining the case,it can be found that the four hybrid integration methods are all due to the complexity of the external multiple system logic at each stage and the multiple internal systems remaining in the early stage.Respond to logical conflicts to deal with the internal and external pressures faced by the organization and promote the organization to achieve a stable mixed state.Second,the characteristics and evolution of different mixed states within the organization under the multi-system logic framework.The four-stage organization of BE shows four different mixed states,namely "dominant state→competitive state→competitive state→alliance state".According to the research of Besharov and Smith(2014),from the analysis of compatibility and centrality,It can be found that there is a certain connection between the different mixed states of the four stages of BE,that is,they do not exist independently.The current multi-system logic mixed state is derived from the previous mixed state and is affected by the current integration method.Therefore,in the multi-system logical framework Under the circumstance,there will be a mixed state that is constantly evolving and tends to be stable within the organization.Third,the process path of the evolution of the mixed state of the organization under the logical framework of multiple systems.Combining the first and second conclusions,we can start from the dynamics of "current external institutional pressure + pre-existing internal system institutional conflict → current organizational hybrid integration method →current organizational internal system institutional logic hybrid state → later internal system institutional conflict" From the perspective,the effect of the implementation of the organizational hybrid strategy on the logical hybrid state of the internal multi-system of the organization is shown,and the dynamic relationship between the integration method of the organizational hybrid process,the internal hybrid state of the organization and the logical pressure of the external multi-system of the organization is shown.Under the framework of multiple system logic,a new hybrid approach at the organizational level is proposed.The innovations of this research are: firstly,it derives the organizational hybrid process path under the multi-system logic framework,reveals the antecedents of the hybrid strategic response,and enriches the research on organizational strategic response under the multi-system logic framework;secondly,from the organizational level It demonstrates the characteristics and evolution process of different mixed states of the multi-system logic,responds to and expands the research results of previous scholars;finally,from the perspective of dynamic evolution,completes the process path of using the multi-system logic at the organizational level to achieve a stable mixed state,enriching Research on hybrid organization and hybrid strategy.
