Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Tongmai Decoction On Early Postoperative Swelling And Pain Of Schatzker Type Ⅴ Tibial Plateau Fracture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Tongmai Decoction on early postoperative swelling and pain of Schatzker type V tibial plateau fracture,as well as its influence on related inflammatory indexes and early functional recovery of affected knee joint,so as to provide more reference and new ideas for optimizing clinical postoperative treatment and rehabilitation program of fracture.Method:In this study,60 patients with tibial plateau fracture who were hospitalized in the Department of orthopedics of Fuzhou second hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 and met the inclusion criteria,signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.After operation,both groups were given routine postoperative treatment.The control group was given oral "etoscoxib tablets,qd,Diosmin tablets,bid" for 7 days;the experimental group was given "Huoxue Tongmai Decoction" on the basis of the control group,once in the morning and once in the evening,for 7 days.The swelling pain,inflammatory indexes and range of motion of knee joint were observed on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th day after operation;the observation indexes were swelling,VAS pain score,inflammatory indexes(leukocyte,interleukin-6,serum CRP)and active range of motion of knee joint.All the data were analyzed by spss22.0,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Result:1.A total of 60 patients were included in this trial,and 58 cases were actually completed,including 29 cases in the control group and 29 cases in the experimental group.2.There was no significant difference in age,gender,affected side,operation time and other general information between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in swelling,VAS pain score,inflammatory index and knee active range of motion between the two groups on the first day after operation(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.3.On the 3rd,5th and 7th day after treatment,the swelling,VAS pain score and inflammatory indexes of the experimental group and the control group were lower than those before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group,indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving postoperative inflammatory indexes after treatment.4.On the 5th and 7th day after treatment,the active range of motion of knee joint in the experimental group and the control group was improved,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the experimental group was higher than the control group,indicating that the recovery effect of knee joint function in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Huoxue Tongmai Decoction for Schatzker type V tibial plateau fracture in early postoperative patients,can effectively relieve the pain of the affected area,promote the swelling of the affected area,so as to facilitate the early functional recovery of the knee joint,and has good clinical effect on the inflammation caused by blood stasis,improve the recovery efficiency of patients,and no adverse reactions,which is worthy of further clinical research extension.
