| Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Gubi Analgesic solution,PRP,Gubi Analgesic solution combined with PRP in treating patients with knee osteoarthritis of stage I-II(Kellgren-Lawrence classification)with deficiency of liver and kidney, and to seek a better therapeutic scheme. Methods: Ninety-nine patients who met the requirements were included, and were randomly divided into injection group,Chinese medicine group and combined group by random number table method, with 33 cases in each group, and their basic personal information and safety were improved and relevant scales were filled in.The Chinese medicine group was treated with oral Gubi Analgesic solution, the injection group was treated with PRP in knee joint cavity, and the combined group was treated with Gubi Analgesic solution combined with PRP.The treatment cycle of all three groups was 4 weeks. The TCM syndrome score,VAS score,WOMAC score, effective rate of treatment and detailed adverse reactions of the three groups were recorded before and one week after treatment. To compare the effectiveness and safety of the three treatment schemes, the improvement degree of the patients’ condition was evaluated. Results: In the course of treatment, there were 3 cases of 99 patients falling off.Except for the combined group, the number of cases falling off in the injection group and the Chinese medicine group was 1 and 2 respectively. The final statistics of the injection group, the Chinese medicine group and the combined group were 31,32 and 33 respectively.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in basic data, scores and scores among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the three groups were comparable.(1)TCM syndrome score results: the scores of the three groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),especially in the combined group compared with the other two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the injection group and the Chinese medicine group after treatment(P<0.05).(2)VAS score results: After treatment, the VAS scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),especially in the combined group(P<0.05).(3)WOMAC score results: After treatment, the WOMAC scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, especially in the combined group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of pain degree and difficulty of life in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, especially in the combined group(P<0.05),but the scores of the other two groups had no significant difference after treatment(P>0.05).In terms of stiffness,Chinese medicine group and injection group did not improve the stiffness of patients(P>0.05),while the combined group could obviously improve the stiffness of patients(P<0.05).(4)Effective results: The effective rates of injection group,Chinese medicine group and combined group were 83.88%,84.38% and 93.93%,respectively.The combined group was higher than the other two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between injection group and Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).(5)Adverse reactions and safety results: No serious adverse reactions occurred in the three groups during the treatment process, and all laboratory tests after treatment were within the normal range. Conclusion: Oral Gubi Analgesic solution and injection PRP have good curative effect on knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney, and the treatment effect of Gubi Analgesic solution combined with PRP on knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney is better than that of Gubi Analgesic solution or PRP alone, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and has high efficiency and safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
