| ObjectiveThe existence of acute or chronic anal fistula reduces patients’quality of life,and surgery is still the first choice for its treatment.Due to the special physiological function of daily defecation of the anus,the incision pollution after anal fistula surgery is serious,the healing is slow,and the formation of scar after anal fistula is easy to cause complications such as anal deformation,displacement,exudate incontinence and so on.This topic mainly by local external use Baijie Powder(BP)observe its clinical curative effect of anal fistula postoperative wounds,and used with pure article use vaseline gauze and Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factors For Externaluse(GFs)after comparing conventional treatment,observation of BP’s pain in the wound healing process,Col 1 and Col 3 content changes,scarring and related complications of scar and the influence of anal function,discusses the mechanism of BP promoting anal fistula of postoperative wound healing,and improving the quality of wound healing,providing theoretical basis for BP clinical promotion.MethodsSelect Anorectal Department of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in October 2019 to October 2020 low simple anal fistula treated 90 cases,which were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group,GFs group and BP group.All of these cases are adopted the conventional simple anal fistula resection,the second day after treatment:control group:clean dressing+petrolatum gauze tamponade incision,then fixed with a sterile dressing.GFs group:clean dressing change+Spray GFs(150AU/cm~2)evenly on Vaseline yarn to tamponade incision,then fixed with a sterile dressin;BP Group:Clean dressing+Spray BP(2g/cm~2)evenly on Vaseline yarn to tamponade incision,then fixed with a sterile dressin.By observing the postoperative pain,wound Col 1 and Col 3 content changes,scarring and related complications of scar and anal function,etc.,sorting data and statistical processing and analysis.ResultsCompared with the control group and GFs group,BP could effectively relieve the pain of patients after anal fistula operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with GFs group and control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with control group,BP and GFs all can promote the anal fistula,postoperative wound Col 1 and Col 3 expression(P<0.05),and BP’s effect is superior to GFs(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,BP and GFs all can improve the formation of scar after anal fistula(P<0.05),reduce the postoperative scar related complications(P<0.05),improve the anal function after anal fistula(P<0.05),and BP’s effect is better than Beifuji(P<0.05).ConclusionBP can improve the quality of anal fistula postoperative wound healing effect significantly,can significantly reduce postoperative anal pain,promote the expression of Col 1 and Col 3,reduce anal fistula postoperative scar and the scar related complications,improve the quality of healing,improve the function of postoperative anal fistula.The efficacy of BP is reliable,economical and practical.It can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.It reflects the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and is worthy of popularization and application. |
