Research On The Choice Of Medical Dispute Mediation And Processing Mode Based On Game Theory

At present,the modes of medical dispute mediation and processing in Guangzhou mainly include self-negotiating,health administration,mediation committee and legal action.These models have their own advantages,but they also have certain limitations.Objective: Based on the systematically comparative analysis of self-negotiating,health administration,mediation committee and legal action,the dynamic game strategy analysis is further adopted by combing the practice of medical disputes resolution in Guangzhou,which is clear that in a variety of adjustment modes,synergistic to handle interventional spaces in the process of medical disputes,focusing on the results of solving the relatively optimal mode of medical disputes.At the same time,through investigation of the use of this optimal model to handle medical disputes,the basic situation and operational mechanism of the institution to handle medical disputes are further analyzed,and the main dilemma of the institution is inquiry,and proposes corresponding optimization countermeasures and recommendations.In order to optimize the medical dispute cracking strategy,to resolve the contradiction between the doctors and patients,build a harmonious medical relationship and improve the purpose of good treatment.Methods: First,this paper uses the literature research method to consult and collect the documentary information of the various settlement mechanisms and medical disputes in Guangzhou.In-depth analysis of the different points in the treatment of medical disputes,and form a comprehensive medical dispute adjustment model theoretical analysis framework;Second,based on the literature research method,this paper uses the comparative research method to compare the self-negotiating,health administration,mediation committee and legal action,and summarize the relative advantageous medical dispute resolution;Again,this paper uses a game strategy research method through the construction of “patients-people’s conciliation committee-medical institutions” game model,inquiry in complete but imperfect information,Due to the other game strategy response to various medical dispute resolutions while facing a variety of medical disputes,it will give priority to how the medical dispute is adjacent to the most.Thereby,a relatively optimal medical dispute resolution model result can be obtained;At last,this paper adopts statistical analysis,through investigating the use of the best solution to handle medical disputes in Guangzhou,the basic situation and related data for understanding and acquired medical dispute cases in recent years.The statistical method of specific use includes statistical descriptions and non-parameter tests.Results: First,through a comparative study,the mediation committee is obviously advantageous compared to other medical dispute resolutions in institutional nature,economic cost,willingness of both parties,resolution efficiency,and privacy protection and can meet the solving demand in medical disputes;Second,through the game strategy research,it is found that both doctors and patients are in the same way,and more tend to apply for the medical dismissal to avoid the risk to ensure that their own interests is maximized.Therefore,the mediation committee is the optimal policy selection result of the dynamic game model of“patients-people’s conciliation committee-medical institutions” and is the best choice for solving medical disputes;At last,through field investigations on the basic situation and operating mechanism of medical dispute cases handled by the medical mediation commission in Guangzhou,it is found that the current mediation path of the medical mediation commission has gradually improved,and the advantages of mediation are obvious,and the mediation has achieved remarkable results in recent years.The mediation success rate is as high as 95.4%,effectively avoiding the occurrence of malignant medical incidents,and recovering high economic losses for the patient.However,the medical mediation committee still faces the lack of public awareness of it,narrow channels of understanding,weak legal effect,and mediation.As a result,the execution power is not strong,the funding is insufficient,and the talent attraction is low.Conclusion: In response to the main problems of the medical commissions,the author believes that it should increase the propaganda efforts of the medical record,establish a multi-departmental linkage adjustment mechanism,enhance the results of medical development committees,and increase the financial investment of the mediation committee.Assessment of the promotion of the indicator system and other measures,earnestly improve the public awareness,legal effect,resulting power,and overall ability to mediate the medical commissions,so as to more effectively resolve the contradictions between doctors and patients,more efficiently build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and more comprehensively improve a good medical environment.
