Research On The Evaluation Of Hebei Province’s Basic Medical Service Quality From The Perspective Of Acquisition

Since the 21 st century,with the transformation of the government to a service-oriented government,the evaluation of public service quality has been paid more and more attention.In recent years,residents’ requirements for basic medical services have been increasing.The quality of basic medical service is related to people’s life and health.The evaluation of the quality of basic medical service can improve people’s trust and satisfaction on basic medical service,and further enhance residents’ sense of gain.From the perspective of sense of gain,it is of great significance to study the quality of basic medical service for promoting the transformation of government functions and building a service-oriented government.Based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,the Theory of Equalization of Public Service and the Theory of New Public Service,this paper focuses on the quality of basic medical service in Hebei Province from the perspective of sense of acquisition.It uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,empirical analysis method and other research methods to conduct in-depth research on the basic medical service quality in Hebei Province.Based on SERVQUAL model of service quality,first from tangibility,assurance,empathy,reliability,responsiveness,and other five dimensions design basic medical service quality evaluation in Hebei province,from the basic medical service at the same time,adequacy,equality,convenience and inclusiveness is designed with multiple dimensions in Hebei province residents get sense indicators for basic medical services.Secondly,sample data were obtained through questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis was conducted on gender,age,education level and monthly average income.Furthermore,descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the sample data by using SPSS software,which showed that the samples were not satisfied with the quality of basic medical services in all dimensions and had a low sense of access to basic medical services.Sample data for a series of factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,explanation of basic medical services are tangible,assurance,empathy,reliability,responsiveness,all can get for residents of the basic medical services are significant positive effect,and one of the basic medical service empathising,most effects on residents feeling;The difference analysis of the sample data shows that there are significant differences in the sense of access to basic medical services among different ages,education levels and monthly average income.Finally,combined with the results of empirical analysis,the existing problems are summarized,which mainly include: inadequate supply of basic medical services,unequal development,lack of convenience,lack of universal benefits and other problems.Finally,in order to improve residents’ sense of access to basic medical services in Hebei Province,specific countermeasures were put forward from multiple dimensions of the adequacy,equality,convenience and universality of basic medical services,which could help improve the quality of basic medical services in Hebei Province and enhance people’s sense of access.
