Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Fenmetong Combined With Kuntai Capsule In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Type DOR

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of fenmetone combined with Kuntai capsule in the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)of kidney deficiency type,and to explore the efficacy and safety of combined Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of kidney deficiency type DOR.For this reason Diseases provide new treatment ideas.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,90 patients with kidney deficiency DOR were divided into three groups by randomization.The control group was treated with fenmetone,the control group was treated with Kuntai capsule,and the control group was fenmetone combined with Kuntai.Tai Capsule is the treatment group.Observe the scores of TCM syndromes,sex hormone levels(FSH,AMH),number of antral follicles(AFC),average ovarian volume(OVD),ovarian blood supply(RI)and endometrial thickness in the three groups.Changes to observe the clinical efficacy of each group.Result:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.3%)is better than that of the fenmetone group(86.7%)and the Kuntai capsule group(86.7%),and the treatment group is better than the two control groups(P<0.01).2.Comparing the scores of TCM syndromes in the three groups,the scores were improved after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the two control groups,the treatment group had better curative effect(P<0.05).3.The three groups of FSH treatment improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group had better curative effect(P<0.05).The three methods of medication were effective in improving AMH(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the effects of these three methods in improving AMH(P>0.05).4.Comparison of B-ultrasound data: The three treatment methods have the same curative effect on the average ovarian volume,resistance index and number of antral follicles(P>0.05),and there is no significant change in ovarian volume and ovarian resistance index before and after treatment(P>0.05),Indicating that these three treatment methods are not effective for these two indicators,and the three treatment methods can increase the number of antral follicles(P<0.05),and the endometrial thickness of the three groups improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05).And the treatment group had better curative effect(P<0.05).In conclusion:1.Fenmatong combined with Kuntai Capsule can effectively improve the related performance of TCM syndromes and improve the treatment effect of patients.2.Fenmatone combined with Kuntai Capsule can effectively improve the menstrual period,menstrual volume,and regulate endocrine levels,and the oral medication lasts for a relatively short time,the patient accepts a higher degree,the symptom relief is also obvious,and the psychological state can also be Get better improvement.3.Fenmatong combined with Kuntai Capsules can reduce FSH levels in patients with DOR,and improve AMH and endometrial thickness,increase the number of antral follicles to a certain extent,and have certain help in improving fertility.
