Establishment Of Kidney-deficient Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome Rat Model And Retrospectively Analysis The Clinic Therapy Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Experimental StudyObjective: At the base of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome rats model，simulatingkidney-deficiency.Studying on the rat model，summing up the scientific and objectiveevaluation system.Methods:40female Wister rats were randomly divided into4groups:control group，OHSS group，kidney-deficient OHSS group and Traditional Chinese medicine group.Control group have no any panic stimulation.OHSS group established OHSS model sincethe22nd day without panic stimulation.Kidney-deficient OHSS group recevied panicstimulation excepte for establishing OHSS model.Traditional Chinese medicine group wasgavaged the avoid-fried particles of tuisizi from the19nd day to the28th day excepte forestablishing OHSS model and panic stimulation.At the29th day，we compared the indexesas following:the weight of bilateral ovaries，scores of ascites，the methylene blue content ofabdominal rinses，scores of kidney-deficient，the value of weight gain and the content ofserum cortisol.Results:(1) Compared with the control group，the weight of bilateral ovaries，scoresof ascites，and the methylene blue content of abdominal rinses of OHSS group，kidney-deficient OHSS group and Traditional Chinese medicine group were higher（P＜0.05）（。2）Compared with the OHSS group and Traditional Chinese medicine group，scoresof kidney-deficient of kidney-deficient OHSS group were higher（P＜0.05）;Comparedwith the OHSS group and Traditional Chinese medicine group，the value of weight gainand the content of serum cortisol of kidney-deficient OHSS group were lower（P＜0.05）. Clinical StudyObjective:Through retrospectively analyze the clinical data of patients withkidney-deficiency OHSS，to explore its pathogenesis and risk factors，summarizes thetreatment measures of Chinese and Western medicine，and to evaluate its efficacy.Method:Collecting and analyzing retrospectively the hospitalization datas of OHSSpatients from the November2002to October2005and from May2010to November2012.statistically analyze of kidney-deficiency syndrome symptoms scores，symptoms，signs andexamination indexes before and after the treatment.RESULTS:(1)36patients aged30.36±3.59years，BMI22.07±2.63kg/m~2，causes ofinfertility in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and combined with otherfactors13cases (36.11%); day of HCG serum E23721.38±1076.74pg/L，the number ofoocytes21.35±12.00.(2) After treatment kidney-deficiency syndrome symptoms scoreswere lower than before treatment (P <0.05); After treatment bilateral ovaries were smallerthan before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment serum HCT was lower than beforetreatment(P<0.05); After treatment serum TP and Alb were higher than beforetreatment(P<0.05).(3) The cure rate of kidney-deficiency syndrome symptoms was52.78%，the total effective rate was100.00%; The cure rate of OHSS was55.56%，the totaleffective rate was100.00%.Conclusion:(1) The risk factors of OHSS occurring was PCOS or PCO，thin bodyand young women，the day of HCG serum E2>4000pg/L or the number of oocytes>25，HCG induced ovulation， and pregnancy.(2) Integrative Medicine treating theKidney-deficient OHSS made a good clinical efficacy. Conclusion: After systematic evaluation，the rats model of kidney-deficient OHSSwas established Successfully.
