ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnostic significance of PCT,CRP and ET in spontaneous ascites infection of decompensated liver cirrhosis by detecting and analyzing the changes of PCT,CRP and ET in blood and ET in ascites.Methods255 patients with liver cirrhosis diagnosed in Tai’an City central hospital from June2015 to May 2018 were collected. The experiment was divided into three groups: liver cirrhosis decompensated spontaneous ascites infection group(GZ group,92 cases);Cirrhosis decompensated sterile ascites group(WZ group,78 cases);liver cirrhosis compensatory stage group(DZ group,85 cases)was the control group.GZ group was divided into sepsis group(35 cases)and non-sepsis group(57 cases)according to sepsis criteria; The patients were divided into grade B group(38 cases)and grade C group(54cases)according to the liver function grading criteria. All patients were hospitalized for more than 7 days.Concentrations of PCT,CRP and ET in blood were detected in patients in the GZ group,WZ group and DZ group at the time of admission.Concentrations of PCT,CRP,ET in blood and ET in ascites were detected in patients in the GZ group at the time of admission and on the third and fifth days after treatment.Ordinary materials such as gender, age were counted.Concentration of PCT and CRP and ET in blood and their positive rates in all patients at the time of admission were compared.Concentration of PCT,CRP and ET and their positive rates were compared in patients of different groups in the GZ group at the time of admission and on the third and fifth days after treatment.Meanwhile,ET concentrations in blood and ascites of patients in the GZ group were compared on admission and the third and fifth days after treatment. The results were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software.Results1.The concentrations of serum PCT,CRP and ET and their positive rates in GZ group at admission were significantly higher than those in WZ group and DZ group. These indicators in WZ group were higher than in DZ group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age and gender among the three groups.2.In GZ group, serum PCT,CRP and ET in the sepsis group were significantly higher than those in the non-sepsis group at the time of admission. All the three indicators decreased significantly after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of the three indicators in the sepsis group were significantly higher than those in the non-sepsis group, with the most significant difference in PCT.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In GZ group, the level of serum PCT,CRP and ET in grade C group was significantly higher than the level of grade B group at the time of admission. After treatment, there was a significant decrease, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of the three indicators at admission was significantly higher in grade C group than in grade B group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In patients in GZ group, the ET in ascites was significantly higher than that in blood, and decreased significantly after treatment, but ascites ET was still higher than blood ET.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions and Significance1.PCT,CRP and ET in blood and ET in ascites were significantly increased, which can effectively diagnose spontaneous ascites infection.PCT has a higher specificity in the diagnosis of sepsis of spontaneous ascites infection.2.PCT,CRP and ET in blood and ET levels in ascites are related to the severity of liver reserve capacity, which can be used to determine the severity of spontaneous ascites infection in liver cirrhosis.3.The sensitivity of ascites ET in the diagnosis of spontaneous ascites infection in liver cirrhosis was higher than that of blood ET.
