Diagnosis And Treatment Of Malignant Triton Tumor Of The Maxillary Sinus

We report one case of malignant triton tumor on the right side of the maxillary sinus.Patients,female,64 years old,due to "the right of the maxillary sinus was found occupying two months" admitted.The clinical manifestations of this case is not specific,laboratory and radiological examinations showed malignant mass,but can not be confirmed,and finally get a clear diagnosis by two pathological examination,and be an effective treatment.Finally,patients with histologically proven malignant triton tumor,which is a clinically rare malignancy,easily misdiagnosed,the paper hopes this case,combined with relevant literature,malignant triton tumor clinical features,pathogenesis,aspects of imaging features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatment programs are discussed,in order to improve the understanding of malignant triton tumor,improve clinical diagnosis and treatment,more patients benefit.
