Study On The Processing Technology And Preliminary Quality Analysis Of The Three Kinds Of Pinellia Tuber Processed Products

Pinellia tuber is the dry tuber of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit.Because of its throat irritation,needs to use after processing.2015 edition of pharmacopoeia records its processed products mainly has alum processed pinellia,ginger processed pinellia and prepared pinellia tuber,processing methods all belong to the traditional experience method,long production cycle,the lack of a scientific production process parameters.Objective: Under the methods of pharmacopoeia of PRC,the index for examining index to pharmacopoeia standard,combining stimulating research,process conditions of soaking,boiling system,and the amount of auxiliary materials,etc.,were optimized by orthogonal design,create a cycle is short,suitable for mass production of modern processing technology,for the purpose of pinellia tuber provides the basis for quality control and safety demonstration research.Method: 1.The processing technology research of pinellia:(1)the technology research of the pinellia water soaking;(2)the technology research of the prepared pinellia tuber :a.licorice extraction technology research;b.solution soak time of inspection;(3)the technology research of the ginger processed pinellia: a.cooked technology research(4)the technology research of the alum processed pinellia: a.liquid immersion time.2.The rabbit eye irritation test research of three kinds of pinellia processed products.3.The HPLC fingerprint research of three kinds of pinellia processed products.Results: 1.The processing technology research of the pinellia tuber:(1)set up the best water soaking pinellia tuber process that is reduced pressure 0.09 MPa,and 45 degrees Celsius,under the condition of 2 times the amount of water immersion pinellia,small,medium and large band 3 pinellia soak time is 4.5 hours respectively,6 hours and 8 hours;(2)to establish the optimal method of the prepared pinellia tuber : a.pinellia water soaking method with(1);b.licorice extraction technology: two water added 12 times of licorice and 10 times respectively,extracting time were 1.5 hours and 1 hour;c.solution soak: after soaked in pinellia in liquorice and lime mixture in the reduced pressure 0.09 MPa,45 degrees Celsius under the condition of soaking,small,medium and large band 3 pinellia solution soak time is respectively: 5.5 hours,8 hours and 13.5 hours;(3)set up the best processing craft of the ginger processed pinellia: a.pinellia water soaking method with(1)b.cooked process for every100 grams net pinellia and broken 25 grams,ginger alum 8.5 grams,5 hours were cooked;(4)the establishment of a best processing technology of the alum processed pinellia: using 8%alum solution in the reduced pressure 0.09 MPa,45 degrees Celsius under the condition of soaking pinellia,small,medium and large band 3 pinellia soak time is respectively: 6.5 hours and 8.5 hours and 9 hours.2.The rabbit eye irritation test results show that three new technology of pinellia processed products toxicity are significantly lower than raw product.3.Set up the accurate and reliable method for HPLC fingerprint determination of pinellia tuber.Conclusion: This experiment has established the method of alum processed pinellia,ginger processed pinellia and prepared pinellia tuber processing technology,greatly shorten the processing time than pharmacopoeia method,establish pinellia preparation at the same time,to provide the basis for the purpose of pinellia tuber quality control and safety demonstration research.
