Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Male Oligoasthenozoospermia By Combining Granule Moxibustion With Drugs

Objective:In this study,we observed the efficacy and safety of granule moxibustion and drugs in the treatment of oligoasthenozoospermia.Methods:Sperm concentration and sperm progression rate(PR)and clinical total effective rate were used as indicators.According to the comparison principle of 1:1 and the order of treatment,60 patients are divided into two groups.The group which using granule moxibustion and drug was the treatment group.The treatment group has 30 patients with the treatment of granule moxibustion and drugs of Wuzi Yanzong pills and vitamin E capsules(natural).The group of drug was the control group which had 30 patients,too.Using the treatment of drug,Wuzi Yanzong pills and vitamin E capsules(natural).The two groups were treated for 3 months,and,granule moxibustion selected Guan Yuan,bilateral Shenshu,Zusanli 1 times a week.Then,Check the semen routine after the end of each month.Respectively,after the treatment,Check 3 times semen routine.To observation the changes of sperm concentration and sperm progression rate(PR).All data were analyzed by the software SPSS20.0.Results:1.improvement of sperm concentration:(1)different time points:There was a difference in sperm concentration between the two groups.(P<0.01).(2)There is a difference in the interaction between time and groups(p<0.01).The improvement of sperm concentration in both groups increased with the increasing of time.(3)Comparing the two groups:There is a difference between the two groups about the improvement of sperm concentration p<0.01,the treatment group is better.2.Improvement of sperm progression rate(PR):(1)different time points:There is a difference between the two groups about the improvement of PR at different times(p<0.01).(2)the interaction between group and time is significantly different.p<0.05(p=0.022),the improvement of sperm progression rate(PR)in both groups increased with the increase of treatment time.(3)There was no difference about the improvement of PR between the two groups.P>0.05(p=0.473).3.(1)The total effective rate of sperm concentration in the two groups:The treatment group is 93.33%and the control group is 80%(p<0.05(p=0.049),the difference is significantly different.(2)The total effective rate of PR in the two groups:The treatment group is 86.67%and the control group is 80%(p<0.05(p=0.025),the difference is statistically different.4.A small number of patients after the treatment of granule moxibustion got a blister on the skin,in addition to no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:The improvement of sperm concentration and sperm progression rate(PR)was better than that of drug group.Granule moxibustion is an effective and safe treament for oligoasthenozoospermia.
