| Objective It is guided by the results of the production enterprises,origin of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and market research.According to the related problems in the manufacturing process,study on the key technology of fresh processing and the quality evaluation system of fresh produce,optimize to obtain the best processing method,in order to improve the overall quality of the fresh processing.And by comparing the quality and efficacy of fresh processed products with traditional methods,explore whether the new processing can replace traditional processing,It provides theoretical basis for the scientific nature of the fresh processing method.Methods1.Adopt uplc-elsd method to establish new mangiferin,mangiferin,herb nucleoside I treasure,rhizoma anemarrhenae saponins Ⅲ,rhizoma anemarrhenae saponins BⅡ,rhizoma anemarrhenae saponins B Ⅲ,smilax content of seven components in index method;Different extraction methods and different ethanol concentrations were examined,A method for determination of extract content of anemarrhena.2.Based on the origin of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and market research,analyze the quality of the samples,explore the key factors influencing the quality in the manufacturing process of the plant,That is,the temperature of herbs to bake,medicinal material moisture content,slice thickness and slices drying temperature.And through the single factor and orthogonal experiments of different factors and levels,Optimize the best advantage of fresh processing technology of laboratory parent,and in enterprise pilot amplification experiments,investigate the applicability and stability of the proces,and ultimately through adjustments to form a fresh processing techniques.3.According to the processing of the raw materials processed in 15 batches of different producing areas by the fresh processing method and the traditional processing method,the multi-index content determination and analysis of the 30 batches of samples obtained,and the establishment of two methods to process the characteristic map of the parent sample.4.The samples were extracted from the same batch of rhizoma anemarrhenae samples under the two methods of fresh processing and traditional processing,to examine the difference between the two pairs of hot mice and the diabetic rats.Results1.Establishes new mangiferin,mangiferin,herb nucleoside I treasure,rhizoma anemarrhenae saponins Ⅲ,rhizoma anemarrhenae saponins B Ⅱ,rhizoma anemarrhenae saponins B Ⅲ,smilax content of seven components in index method.The method is convenient and reproducible,and the result is accurate,and the quality control mode of the single index is optimized.The method of determining the content of the plant extract was studied.The best method was to extract 75% ethanol from the hot dipping method.2.Through the laboratory to the knowledge of the continuous optimization of the fresh process,while in enterprise pilot production for inspection,the final form is suitable for industrialized production processing technology,namely: rhizoma anemarrhenae fresh herbs,rob water except the earth impurities,removal of the part,bake for 45 to 50 ℃ condition about 10 h(45-50% moisture content),in drum unhairing,hair removal time 30 min,4 mm thick slices,in under the condition of50 ℃ drying.3.The content determination results showed that,The new mangiferin in Some of fresh processed products are slightly higher than traditional processed products.and the mangiferin were slightly lower than traditional processed products,the content of saponins did not change much.4.In the same dosage,the two methods of processing showed the same pharmacological effect,that is,while the fresh processing rhizoma anemarrhenae had the same effect as the traditional processing one.Conclusion On the basis of pharmacopoeia,this paper establishes a new quality evaluation system for the plant,which can control the quality of the slices comprehensively;Through the laboratory and the enterprise pilot finally optimized the best process of fresh processing,provide the basis for the mass production of the rhizoma anemarrhenae;The content of fresh processing and traditional processed products is mainly the difference of flavonoids;Through the comparison of pharmacodynamics,in terms of curative effect,While fresh processing rhizoma anemarrhenae can replace the traditional processing one. |
