The Effect Of Moxibustion Different Acupoints Of Du Meridian On IRRTM、MBPU

Objective:①The occurrence rate and characteristics of the infrared radiation trajectory(IRRTM)of the Governor Vessel in natural state were observed.②Moxibustioning Taodao,Zhiyang,Mingmen,and to observe the changes of IRRTM and the chan-ges of microcirculation blood perfusion volume before and after moxibustion at different acupoints on the Governor Vessel,and observe the characteristics of transgas conduction.Methods:Observe d for 30 cases of healthy volunteers,through selection three acupoints(tao dao,zhiyang,and mingmen)in different parts of the back of Governor Vessel for moxibustion stimulation on different experimental days respectively to observe the direction of its heat conduction,and to further understand whether the e-nergy transfer in human energy metabolism is related to the flow of meridian-QI.Results:1.The characteristics of IRRTM on the Governor Vessel line and the influence o-f three acupoints of moxibustion on it1.1 The appearance of IRRTM on the Governor Vessel line in different states.(1)Du Meridian is the sea of Yang channels.In the natural state,Its IRRTM occurrence rate is up to 60%.(2)On the basis of the original,moxibustioning on Du Meridian Points can increase the occurrence rate of IRRTM to over 80%.1.2 Natural state of the governor vessel IRRTM performanceIn the natural state,The appearance of Du meridian IRRTM is mostly halfway,accounting for 70%of the occurrence rate.Short and full takes a small proportion,each accounting for 15%of the occurrence rate.Also,it is related to season,with high occurrence rate in summer and low occurrence rate in winter.1.3 The influence of moxibustion Taodao,Zhiyang and Mingmen on the IVRTMWhether it is Tao Dao,Zhiyang or Mingmen in moxibustion Du meridian,their impact on the Governor’s IRRTM is consistent.During the moxibustion process,the IVRTM is extended bidirectionally along the upper and lower directions of the Du Meridian.The original IRRTM became longer,even to the whole Du meridian.2.Comparison of body surface temperature before and after moxibustion at Tao Dao,Zhiyang and MingmenMoxibustioning at Tao Dao,Zhiyang and Mingmen had a consistent influence trend on the surface temperature of the Du Meridian.Whether it is Tao Dao,Zhiyang or Mingmen in moxibustion Du meridian,The surface temperature of the Du Meridian line was significantly increased,Compare with before moxibustion,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Furthermore,the heating of moxibustion at different acupoints has different effects on the temperature rise of the body surface temperature on the Du Meridian line.Among them,moxibustion at Mingmen has the highest effect on the surface temperature of the Du meridian.Compared with the two groups of moxibustion Taodao and Zhiyang,there were significant differences after statistical treatment(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between Moxibustioning to Tao Dao and ZhiYang in the body surface temperature of the Du meridian line(P>0.05).3.The effect of moxibustion to ZhiYang on blood perfusion of body surface microcirculation in Du meridianMoxibustioning to the acupoints,it can be observed that the microcirculation bloodperfusion of the upper and lower body surface of the ZhiYang acupoint gradually increases with time.The volume of blood perfusion on the upper part of the acupoint is faster than that of the lower surface.When the time reaches the 25th minute,the two groups show differences.The results showed that the blood perfusion of the upper and lower body surface of the acupoints increased after moxibustion to ZhiYang.But the microcirculation blood perfusion of the body surface on the upper surface of the acupoint is more obvious than that on the lower surface.Conclusions:1.Moxibustion is an effective way to activate meridian qi.It can not only induce governor IRRTM and increase its occurrence rate significantly,but also increase the blood perfusion of microcirculation on the main line.2.Different acupoints on the Du Meridian have different responses to moxibustion stimulation,and Moxibustion at vital gate has the strongest effect on improving the body surface temperature of Du meridian,reflecting the relative specificity of acupoints.
