Objective:The occurrence rate and characteristics of the infrared radiation traject oriesof the dorsal region and the bladder meridian were observed in the natural state.To compare the thermal conductivity of the dorsal region of the dorsal region and the different parts of the bladder.Methods:Observed for 30 cases of healthy volunteers,through selection in the back area du meridian and bladder by respectively from different parts of the upper,mi-ddle and lower three groups of acupoints:Taodao(DU13)/Dazhu(BL11),Zhiyang(D U9)/GeShu(BL17),Mingmen(DU4)/Shenshu(BL23),was conducted in the different exp erimental day moxibustion stimulating respectively,observe its direction and velocity of heat transfer characteristics,the further understanding of the human,body energy metabolism in the process of energy transmission and lingers whether related meridi ans.Results:1 The influence of the tubule and bladder meridian on the characteristics of I RRTM and moxibustion in the three groups of moxibustion.1.1 the appearance of the tubule and the bladder via the medial line IRRTM in different states.(1)in the natural state,the apparent rate of IRRTM was 46.6%-60%,while th-at of the bladder was 16.7%~30%in the natural state.(2)after moxibustion,the apparent rate of IRRTM was 80%-83.3%,while the e xpression rate of bladder meridian was 23.3%-50%.1.2 in the natural state,the dyke and bladder were performed by IRRTM.Observed in the natural state,the du meridian and bladder by IRRTM appeared are always in the process of dynamic change,and some of the du meridian IRRT M to reach the whole process,and the medial side of the small line IRRTM is not able to access.It can be seen that in the natural state,there is a difference in the performance of the druid and bladder via the medial line.1.3 the influence of moxibustion on the dyke and the bladder via the medial li-ne IRRTM.In the process of moxibustion,IRRTM,which can be directly observed in the tubule and bladder meridian,is in dynamic change.After moxibustion,the whole IR RTM appears to be continuous and regular,and the temperature of the heating place is expanded along the meridional line.2.Effects of three groups of moxibustion on the temperature of the tumor-line surface.In the natural state,there was no significant difference in the average body te-mperature before moxibustion in 30 subjects.After 30 minutes of moxibustion of th-e three groups,the average body surface temperature of the tubule line increased,and the increase of temperature was statistically significant(P<0.01).All three groups w ere able to increase the body surface temperature of the governor.After the initial b-ody temperature was excluded,the temperature rise of the moxibustion after moxibu stion was significantly higher than that in the TaoDao and to the ZhiYang group,an d the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It indicates that the activation effect of the gate on the body surface temperature is more sensitive than that of ta o tao and ZhiYang.There was no significant difference in the temperature variation of the body surface in the datum line.3.The effects of moxibustion on the temperature of the bladder via the inner s urface of the bladder.In the natural state,there was no significant difference in the temperature of th e average body surface before moxibustion in 30 subjects.After 30min of moxibust-ion,the average surface temperature of the bladder was increased after 30min of mo xibustion,and the increase of temperature was statistically significant(P<0.05).All t-hree groups were able to elevate the surface temperature of the bladder via the me dial line.After the initial body temperature was excluded,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the three groups of acupuncture moxibustion after moxi-bustion after moxibustion.It was shown that there was no significant difference bet-ween the three groups of acupuncture points on the temperature excitation of the bl-adder meridian.4.The effect of moxibustion on the perfusion of microcirculation in the tubule line.Moxibustion to ZhiYang(DU9),can be observed to ZhiYang upper and lower b-ody microcirculation perfusion was gradually increased with the extension of time an d amount of points on the body surface perfusion is faster than the surface amount of blood flow perfusion,as time differences between two groups appear to 25 minu-tes.It showed that the blood perfusion volume increased in the acupoints and the 1-ower body surface of moxibustion,but the microcirculation perfusion volume in the acupoints was more obvious than that of the lower body surface.Conclusion:1.Moxibustion can effectively stimulate the cycle of meridional irradiation of meridional meridional radiation,so that its apparent rate increases,and IRRTM appe-ars more clear,continuous and regular.2.The function of the temperature of the body surface that stimulates the gove-mor’s pulse is more sensitive than TaoDao and ZhiYang.3.The changes of moxibustion on the microcirculation perfusion in the microcir culation of the datum line in the meridian line may be related to the flow order of the meridians.
