Study Of The Effect About Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Heparin Sodium On Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion With Abnormaluterine Artery Blood Flow

Objectivet:The purpose of this research is through the use of self-made Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with heparin sodium needle for treatment of abnormal uterine artery blood flow caused by recurrent spontaneous abortion,to observe its clinical curative effect,so as to summarize the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine combined with heparin sodium in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion of uterine artery blood flow,and to provide the basis for improving the clinical curative effect of drug treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods: Sixty patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(renal deficiency and blood stasis)caused by abnormal uterine artery flow were randomly divide into treatment group and the control group(n = 30).Treatment group was treated with self-made Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with heparin sodium injection.The control group was given subcutaneous injection of heparin sodium.14 days for a course of treatment to 12 weeks of pregnancy or more than the previous abortion time.Through the detection of treatment group and control group before and after treatment of human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone and ultrasound-guided embryo development,uterine artery resistance changes,observe the clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome and pregnancy outcome of two groups after treatment.Result:1.In the comparison of the total clinical efficacy,the treatment group was cured in 16 cases,accounting for 53.33%,markedly effective and ineffective in 4 cases,each accounted for 13.33%,and the total effective rate 86.67%;Control group was cured in 6cases,accounting for 20.00%,markedly effective in 3 cases,accounting for 10.00%,effective in 7 cases,accounting for 23.33%,ineffective in 14 cases,accounting for the46.67%,and the total effective rate of 53.33%,the treatment group than the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that the control group (P<0.05).2.In the comparison of syndrome points,the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of syndrome scores have significant statistical differences(P<0.01),treatment group and the control group after treatment symptom scores have a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).3.In the comparison of uterine artery blood flow resistance,treatment group and control group before and after treatment of uterine artery blood flow bilateral RI and S/D were significantly statistically significant(P<0.01);The difference of RI and S/D between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone comparison,the treatment group and control group before and after treatment with ?-HCG and progesterone were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Treatment group and control group after treatment of?-HCG and progesterone difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In the comparison of pregnancy outcomes after treatment,the treatment group was cured in 26 cases,ineffective in 14 cases,the total effective rate 86.67%,the control group were cured in 17 cases,ineffective in 13,total effective rate were 56.67%,treatment group and the control group had pregnancy outcome Statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with heparin sodium can improve the pregnancy success rate of recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by uterine artery blood flow abnormality,and can reduce the uterine artery blood flow resistance,regulate blood circulation,and the clinical effect is reliable and worthy of promotion.
