| Purpose:Through meta-analysis,the effectiveness of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of RSA was systematically evaluated,so as to provide basis for clinical scheme selection.Material and method:All the commonly used medical databases,including Chinese databases: CNKI,Wang Fang Data,CBM,VIP,and English databases: Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane Library,were searched for information about self-built databases in each database until December 31,2020 All the retrieved documents are imported into Note Express software,and the duplicate documents are eliminated by the software,and then the documents are screened according to the stipulated inclusion and exclusion criteria.Excel software was used to extract data,and Reviews Manger5.3 software and Cochrane bias risk assessment tool were used to evaluate bias risk of all randomized controlled trials.And the heterogeneity of the literature is tested,the effect values of the data are merged,the sensitivity analysis is carried out,and the forest map and funnel map are drawn.Results:1.A total of 545 literatures were collected by searching each database,and 29 literatures were finally included for meta-analysis.The overall quality of the included literature is high.2.Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group treated with western medicine alone,the observation group treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine had the following advantages:1)to improve the pregnancy rate of RSA patients after 12 weeks,the results showed[OR=3.10,95%CI(2.02,4.76),p < 0.00001],suggesting that the observation group treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has better curative effect;2)In terms of improving the 28-week pregnancy rate of RSA patients,the results showed that[OR = 5.52,95% CI(3.10,9.84),P < 0.00001] was statistically significant and the curative effect was better than that of the control group;3)In terms of improving the live birth rate of RSA patients,the results showed [OR =3.54,95% CI(2.14,5.87),P < 0.00001],suggesting that the observation group treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine had better curative effect;4)In terms of improving the negative rate of ACA in RSA patients,the results showed [OR =5.22,95% CI(3.14,8.68),P < 0.00001],suggesting that the observation group treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a better effect on negative conversion of ACA;5)The results showed that [MD=2.01,95%CI(1.30,2.72),P < 0.00001],suggesting that the observation group treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine did a better job in improving IL10 in blood;6)The results showed that [MD=6.12,95%CI(3.84,8.39),P < 0.00001],which was statistically significant,and suggested that the curative effect of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Regarding recurrent abortion,Chinese medicine is more responsible for kidney deficiency,and the selection of drugs focuses on tonifying kidney and preventing miscarriage,invigorating spleen and benefiting qi and blood;2.Compared with western medicine alone,the treatment of recurrent abortion with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the continuous pregnancy rate at 12 weeks,the continuous pregnancy rate at 28 weeks and the live birth rate of RSA patients;3.Compared with western medicine alone,the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the antibody negative rate of RSA patients caused by anticardiolipin antibody positive,so as to achieve better fetus protection effect;4.Compared with Western medicine alone,the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the level of protective cytokines in the blood of RSA patients,such as interleukin-10,TGF-β1,etc.,and make the maternal-fetal immune balance more conducive to pregnancy. |
