The Clinical Study On Ronggan Huaxian Decoction Combined With Entecavir In The Treatment Of Chronic HePatitis B Fibrosis Of Liver Depression And SPleen Deficiency TyPe

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ronggan Huaxian Decoction combined with entecavir on chronic hepatitis B fibrosis of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic hepatitis B fibrosis of liver depression and spleen deficiency type were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).The control group was treated with routine western medicine:Entecavir alone;the experimental group was treated with Ronggan Huaxian Decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 48 weeks.The curative effect indexes(including TCM clinical syndrome score,liver function,liver fibrosis,Fibrotouch,abdominal color Doppler ultrasound,hepatitis B)and safety indexes(including blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,coagulation,fasting blood sugar,electrocardiogram and renal function)were observed and recorded before and after treatmentResults:The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving TCM clinical syndrome score,four items of liver fibrosis,abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography and Fibrotouch value(P<0.05).In improving liver function,the two groups could effectively reduce transaminase,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).HBeAg negative conversion rate,although the experimental group was superior to the control group,there was no statistical difference between the two groups.(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ronggan Huaxian Decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis of liver depression and spleen deficiency can significantly improve the TCM clinical syndrome score,liver fibrosis four items,Fibrotouch value,abdominal color Doppler ultrasound and other indicators of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,inhibit the process of liver fibrosis,with better clinical effect.
