Professor Cao Zhiqun’s Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis Syndrome Differentiation And Drug Use

Purpose:This study intends to sort out the outpatient examinations for the treatment of ulcerative colitis by the instructor Professor Cao Zhiqun,further analyze and excavate the syndrome differentiation ideas,common drugs and intrinsic medication rules,and provide objective analysis for the clinical syndrome differentiation of ulcerative colitis.Reference.Methods:Professor Cao Zhiqun collected and sorted out the outpatient examinations for the treatment of ulcerative colitis from January to February 2018,and selected the medical records and prescriptions in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and entered the TCM medical record management platform.The data mining method provided by the platform analyzes the association rules and prescription rules between drugs.Results:The total number of patients who met the UC inclusion criteria was 290,with a male to female ratio of 1.3:1;more patients aged 20-60 years,accounting for 82.76%of all affected populations,also seen in children and old age.Through the analysis of 290 prescriptions,a total of 145 Chinese medicines are involved,and the highest frequency of 10 medicines is in descending order of frequency:Astragalus,Coix seed,Sabina,Wumei,Muxiang,Copt is,Angelica,Cinnamom,Cellar and Agrimony,is the core drug of Professor Cao Zhiqun in the treatment of ulcerative colitis;from the perspective of the four gases,the use of warm and cold drugs is the most frequent;from the five flavors of drugs,the use of bitter,sweet,and pungent drugs Most frequently;from the return of drugs,the frequency of drug use for liver,spleen,stomach,and large intestine is higher.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly based on clearing heat and dampness,tonifying qi and clearing away heat and detoxification.The classification is mainly based on tonic medicine,heat-clearing medicine and hemostatic medicine.A minimum confidence level of 0.5 was selected for data mining,and a total of 76 drug combinations were obtained.Conclusions:This study systematically analyzed the treatment of ulcerative colitis by Professor Cao Zhiqun through the TCM medical record management platform and the data mining method provided by it.The paper summarized the commonly used drugs and syndrome differentiation ideas for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis.,has a very large learning value.
