The Clinical Observation Of Modified Niuzi Liyan Decotion Combined With Acuption Application And Cupping Moxibustion In The Treatment On Laryngeal Cough

Objective:The study’s aim is to observe the clinical effect of modified Niuzi Liyan decotion cobined with acupoint application and cupping moxibustion in the treatment on laryngeal cough of wind-evil lung type.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional chinese medicine cupping and acupoint application.Provide clinical basis for the study of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of laryngeal cough.Methods:Choose 60 cases of laryngeal cough that meet the criteria.They were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group,each with 30 patients.The control group was only given modified Niuzi Liyan decoction,two times a day,100 ml each time.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with cupping moxibustion and acupoint appl ication once a week.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Observe and record the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the two groups and compare the results.Results:Based on the analysis of the results,the treatment group and the control group were both effective in the treatment of laryngeal cough caused by wind pathogens invading the lungs.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%.There was significant difference in the overall efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The results show that modified Niuzi Liyan decoction combined with cupping moxibustion and acupoint application can be more effective in the treatment or relief of sore throat itching and cough.It is a simple,safe and effective treatment for laryngeal cough.
