Clinical Observation Of Qingwei Shugan Decoction In The Treatment Of Duodenal Ulcer With Helicobacter Pylori Positive Type Of Liver-Stomach Depression-Heat

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of qingwei shugan recipe in the treatment of helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer of liver-stomach yu febrile type,and to explore its mechanism of action,so as to provide effective drugs and theoretical basis for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:Sixty patients with duodenal ulcer who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases each.The control group was given Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets 10 mg,Bismuth Potassium Citrate Capsules 0.6 g(containing Bismuth 220 mg),Amoxicillin Capsules 1000 mg,Clarithromycin Dispersible Tablets 500 mg twice a day,14 days later,Bismuth Potassium Citrate Capsules,Amoxicillin Capsules,Clarithromycin Dispersible Tablets,Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets continued to take for 2 weeks,The observation group was treated with self-made Qingwei Shugan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 4 weeks.The gastroscopy was examined within one week after the end of the course of treatment,and the 14C breath test was examined after one month.Observation and analysis of two groups of patients with single symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,gastroscopic efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy and eradication of Hp.The patients who were cured by gastroscopy and those who had been eradicated of Hp were followed up for 6 months to observe the long-term effect.All data were analyzed by SPSS24.0.Results:(1)The observation group was superior to the control group in the curative effect of stomach cramps and irritability,(P<0.05);the curative effect of dry mouth and mouth pain,chest fullness and dry stool,the observation group was significantly better than the control group.(P<0.01);the efficacy of hernia swallowing acid was not significantly different between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were equally effective in improving the symptoms of hernia.(2)The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.01;(3)The curative effect and Hp eradication rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05;(4)The recurrence rate of endoscopic ulcers and The recurrence rate after Hp eradication was lower in the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05;(5)no adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:Qingwei Shugan Decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of duodenal ulcer with Helicobacter pylori positive of liver-stomach stagnation-heat type.Its mechanism may be related to clearing Hp,inhibiting gastric acid secretion,protecting gastric mucosa,regulating gastrointestinal motility,anti-inflammation,spasmolysis,analgesia and psycho-psychological regulation.
