Clinical Study On Shugan Qingwei Decoction In The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis (Liver-Stomach Stasis Type)

Objective:The therapeutic effect of shugan qingwei decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(liver-stomach stasis type)was studied to provide a basis for the cli nical promotion of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Study:68 patients of reflux esophagitis with liver-stomach stasis meeting the norm were randomly separated into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Shugan Qingwei prescription,while the control group was given Rabeprazole azole sodium enteric capsules(Yu Tianqing)(10 mg * 7,zhuhai embellish pharmaceutical co.,LTD.10 mg qd),Real and complete data were noteded down during the treatment,the indicators(contain the scores and the curative effect of TCM symptoms、the endoscopic scores and efficacy)and the recurrence rate between the two groups were compared at the end of treatment.Results:(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were improved to different degrees,there was no statistically significant difference in the difference between the two groups in the test of acid reflux,heartburn,retro-sternal burning,abdominal distension,belching or retroperitoneal feeding,the two groups were equally effective;There were statistically significant differences in epigastric pain,irritability,noise and hunger,the effect of the treatment group was better than the control groups;There was no statistically significant difference in the reduction of symptom scores between the two groups,the two groups were equally effective in reducing symptom scores.(2)After 8 weeks of treatment,the main symptom scores of acid reflux and heartburn were compared between the two group,The P value of both groups was less than 0.05,showing statistically significant difference,The improvement of acid reflux and heartburn in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(3)After 8 weeks of treatment,secondary symptom scores were compared between the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of retrosternal burning pain,epigastric burning pain,belching or regurgitation,irritability,noise and hunger,there was no statistical difference in the improvement of epigastric fullness.(4)After 8 weeks of treatment,a comparison of the curative effect of TCM symptoms(treatment group 90.63%,control group 81.25%,P<0.05)between the two groups indicates there was a statistical difference,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(5)Compared with before treatment,the endoscopic scores of both groups were improved,P<0.05,there was a statistical difference;By comparing the endoscopic scores of the two groups after treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups.After treatment,the endoscopic efficacy of the two groups was compared,treatment group 87.5%,control group 78.1%,P>0.05,there was no statistical difference.(6)After 4 weeks of stopping treatment,the recurrence rate of the treatment group(3.5%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(23.1%),P<0.05,the discrepancy was statistically significant.Conclusion:Shugan Oingwei Decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on RE of liver-stomach stasis type,it can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and promote esophageal mucosal healing,and has no obvious adverse reactions,It proved to be safe.
