| ObjectiveExplore and summarize the meridians and acupoints selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of postpartum depression(PPD)in modern literature by data mining,providing acupoint prescriptions references for the clinical treatment of the disease.MethodsDevelop the search strategies,modern clinical literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of PPD were collected by searching China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang database,VIP Database and China Biology Medicine database(CBM).According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the literature were screened,the valid information was normalized and extracted into Excel.The literature database and acupoint prescription database of acupuncture treatment for PPD were established.Data processing in Excel,SPSS Modeler 14.1、SPSS Statistics 19.0 software,using frequency analysis,association analysis and cluster analysis.The results were shown in tables,bar charts,pie charts,ice column charts and stump charts,form which the rules of acupoint prescription for acupuncture treatment of PPD were found.Results1.A total of 105 acupoints were involved in 108 acupoint prescriptions,including 87 body acupoints and 18 ear acupoints.The total frequency of acupoint use was 772 times,including 654 times for body acupoints and 118 times for ear acupoints.The most frequent body points were Baihui(8.26%),Sanyinjiao(7.95%),Neiguan(7.95%),Zusanli(5.50%)and Taichong(5.50%).The ear acupoints with the highest frequency were Shenmen(15.25%),heart(13.56%)and liver(11.02%).2.Acupoints are distributed in many meridians.The highest frequency and number of acupoints are the bladder meridian(17.8%,18)and the Du meridian(17.8%,12).3.Acupoints were mainly distributed in the head(169 times,25 acupoints)and lower limbs(165 times,16 acupoints),followed by the back and waist(122 times,18 acupoints).The ear acupoints are most distributed in the cavity of concha(39 times,4 acupoints).The acupoint in the triangular fossa is only the Shenmen,with a maximum frequency of 18 times.4.The use rate of specific acupoints was higher than that of non-specific acupoints,with the most frequent being“Jiaohe”point(200 times),followed by“Wushu”point(141 times)and“Beishu”point(96 times).Baihui(54 times),Zusanli(36 times)and Taichong(36 times)were the most frequent acupoints at "Jiaohui" point;Pishu(31 times)was the most frequent point at“Beishu”point.5.Association analysis showed that the highest level of support was Baihui-Sanyinjiao(48.148%)and the highest level of confidence was Sanyinjiao-Zusanli-Baihui(95.652%).6.Cluster analysis showed that there were four effective clusters,the first one was Baihui-Shuigou-Sanyijiao-Neiguan-Zusanli-Taichong-Shenmen-Yintang;the second one was Pishu-Xinshu-SiShencong-Jianmen;the third one was Guanyuan-Ganshu-Shenshu-Qihai;the fourth one was Hegu-Qihai.ConclusionBased on data mining,acupuncture and moxibustion are often used to treat PPD by selecting the bladder meridian and the Du meridian,mostly using Baihui,mainly selecting local acupoints,supplemented by regulating the liver,spleen and kidney,and emphasizing the allocation of upper and lower acupoints.Ear acupoints are most commonly used at Shenmen,heart and liver.The conclusion is basically consistent with the theory of acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine and the general idea of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of PPD,which can be used as a reference for clinical acupoint selection,but this study still has shortcomings,so it still needs to be verified by a large number of randomized controlled trials in the future. |
