The Study Of Jianpiyangxuetongluo Method In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Combining Anemia

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect and safety of Jianpiyangxuetongluo method in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis combined with anemia.MethodsThe 70 patients with rheumatoid arthritis combining with anemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 patients in each group.Both groups were routinely applied western medicine(methotrexate tablets and celecoxib capsules).The treatment group were treated by Jianpiyangxuetongluo method and western medicine.Each group was treated for 12 weeks.Observing the changes of clinical symptoms(number of joint tenderness and joint swelling,morning stiffness),laboratory indicators(ESR,CRP,RF RBC,Hb),DAS28 score,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions in the two groups.Then,using SPSS22.0 to analyze the data to evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Jianpiyangxuetongluo method.Results1.In terms of the efficacy of RA,after treatment,the joint symptoms(number of joint tenderness and joint swelling,morning stiffness),ESR,CRP and DAS28 score in the two groups were significantly decreased than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).RF levels in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).2.In terms of the therapeutic effect of anemia,RBC and Hb in both groups increased after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of patients in both groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the treatment group showed significant effect in 15 cases,effective in 18 cases and ineffective in 2 cases.In the control group,there were 7 cases with obvious effect,20 cases with effective effect and 8 cases with ineffective effect.In comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).5.After treatment,there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionThe method of Jianpiyangxuetongluo can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with rheumatoid arthritis combining anemia,improve the inflammatory index and anemia index,reduce the disease activity,improve the clinical symptoms score.Jianpiyangxuetongluo method has obvious clinical efficacy,good safety and fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
