The Clinical Effect Observation Of Jiawei Lichong Decoction On The Treatment Of Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

inflammation.For the already established liver fibrosis,the control method is restricted,and the improvement of patients’ comprehensive symptoms is still lacking.The treatment measures are even more in controlling liver fibrosis,and reversing early liver cirrhosis.The purpose and significance of the survey: Through clinical clinics,when observing the occurrence of hepatitis B fibrosis,the fiber the safety and efficacy of the drug provide a specific prescription for the use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods: A randomized controlled method was used to divide 80 patients collected in the clinic into to groups.The one is treatment group and the other one is control group,40 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Jiawei Lichong Decoction orally,and the control group was given Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablets orally.Both are 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,we need to observed the symptoms of the patients,and the liver transient elastography,and liver function indexes were detected.The effects of the two groups were compared and compared.Statistical analysis P<0.05 was considered to be more meaningful.Research results:1.The total effective rate: The total effective rate was 86.5% after treatment in Jiawei Li Chong Decoction group,but in control group was 64.1%.The difference was significant statistically(P<0.05).Jiawei Lichong Decoction group was better than Compound Biejia Ruangan tablets group;2.Efficacy of syndrome: In Jiawei Li Chong Decoction group,the total effective rate of treatment was 94.6%,and on the other hand,in control group,the total effective rate was 74.4%.The difference was obviously significant(P<0.05).Jiawei Lichong Decoction group was better than control group.There was no significant difference in the improvement of liver palm and spider mites between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no advantage in the two groups.After treatment,the two groups improved the hypochondriac pain,fatigue,ventosity,anorexia,and tongue nature.The difference was apparently significant(P<0.05),and the chinese medicine group was superior to the control group;3.Liver function: These two groups were effective.the difference between befor and after was distinguishingly significant(P<0.05).These two groups were able to reduce the transaminase.After the treatment,the Jiawei Lichong Decoction group and the control group had statistical differences.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the chinese medicine group was better than the other group;4.Liver transient elasticity test: This test manifest that the two groups were clearly difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05),which could reduce the LSM value.After comparing the treatment,we can conclude that the two groups improved the LSM index of the patient.It has statistical significance(P<0.05),and indicating that the Jiawei Lichong Decoction group was superior to the control group.5.Color Doppler: The two groups were statistically significant in reducing portal vein width and spleen thickness(P<0.05).Both groups could improve portal vein width and spleen thickness.After comparing treatment,the two groups found that in improving the patient’s portal vein width,Between the two groups,there has no evidently significant difference(P>0.05),inferencing that the Jiawei Lichong Decoction group has the same effect with the control group.Conclusions and significance of the survey: Jiawei Lichong Decoction can treat patients with hepatitis B fibrosis with qi deficiency and blood stasis type without special adverse reactions;Jiawei Lichong Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and improve the color ultrasound and the liver hardness value by imaging.It can improves the abnormal transaminase on serum index,and the effect is remarkable.It can prevent the progression of liver fibrosis with high efficiency and is suitable for clinical promotion.
