Clinical Observation Of Yangyin Zhike Prescription In The Treatment Of Recovery Period Of Bronchopneumonia (Yin Deficiency And Lung-Heat Type) In Children

Objective:The purpose of this subject is to observe the curative effect of Yangyin Zhike prescription in the treatment of recovery period of bronchopneumonia(Yin deficiency and lung-heat type)in children,and to evaluate its curative effect,so as to provide theoretical and clinical basis for this prescription in the treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 72 children with recovery period of bronchopneumonia(Yin deficiency and lung-heat type)who met the inclusion criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Yangyin Zhike Fang orally,and the control group was given Yangyin Qingfei Granule orally for one week.The difference of clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by observing the changes of symptoms and signs score before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparisons of single and total score of symptoms and signs: Intra-group Comparisons between the two groups before and after treatment were all: P<0.05,with statistical significance;Inter-group Comparisons among treatment group and control group after treatment were all: P<0.05,indicating that the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,with statistical significance.2.Efficacy comparison: In the treatment group,10 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.94%.In the control group,6 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 78.79%.After statistical analysis,Comparison of total effective rate effect among treatment group and control group: P > 0.05,there was no statistical significance.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect among treatment group and control group: P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was superior to thecontrol group,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Both Yangyin Zhike prescription and Yangyin Qingfei granule can improve the clinical symptoms in children of the recovery period of bronchopneumonia(Yin deficiency and lung-heat type),and Yangyin Zhike prescription is better than Yangyin Qingfei granule in improving symptoms and signs.2.Yangyin Zhike prescription has no adverse reactions in this project research.It has good safety and great clinical popularization value.
