Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Yangyin Runmu Prescription Fumigation In The Treatment Of Dry Eyes With Lung Yin Deficiency Syndrom

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of nourishing Yin runmu prescription on dry eye(lung Yin deficiency syndrome).Methods: A total of 60(120 eyes)adult patients with dry eye and TCM syndrome of deficiency of lung Yin were randomly selected from the ophthalmology clinic of the First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Changde,Hunan Province from February 2021 to December 2021.According to the order of treatment and random number table method,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients(60 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops and pralprofen eye drops,and the experimental group was additionally treated with Yangyin Runmu Prescription fumigating eye.The tear film rupture time,tear secretion test I,corneal fluorescein staining score and clinical symptom score of the two groups were observed.Through data analysis and statistics,the efficacy difference between the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results:1.After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 100%,and the effective rate of the control group was 60%.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group.2.After treatment,BUT and SIT in the control group increased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),FL score and clinical symptom score decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),BUT and SIT in the experimental group increased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.FL score and clinical symptom score decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),BUT and SIT in experimental group increased more than that in control group(P < 0.05),FL score and clinical symptom score decreased more than that in control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Through this research,we can prove that Yin and mesh side fumigation eye with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,oprah ibuprofen drop eye drop eye treatment of dry eye lung Yin deficiency syndrome,can significantly improve BUT,SIT,lower FL score,clinical symptom score,effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,and a separate use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops and oprah winfrey ibuprofen eye drops drop eye effect is better,More efficient.
