| ObjectiveObservation of "blood stasis sting camp " for the treatment of refractory insomnia in patients with gamma aminobutyric acid(GABA),glutamic acid(Glu),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),acetylcholine(ACh),norepinephrine(NE)),dopamine(DA)changes in brain neurotransmitters,to explore the material basis of "blood stasis sting camp" in the treatment of intractable insomnia.MethodsSixty patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. In the control group, the treatment method of acupuncture plus cupping was used, and the experimental group was given the "blood stasis sting camp " therapy on the basis of the control group.Acupuncture and acupoint selection Baihui,Sishencong,Xinshu,Yushu,Ganshu addition and subtraction. The treatment period is 1 month. The changes of brain neurotransmitter and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores before and after treatment were were recorded and observed. After the end of treatment,SPSS24.0 statistical software was used to compare the collected data.ResultsIn this study,60 patients were enrolled in the study.During the study,1 patient was absent from the experimental group, and 59 patients were included in the statistics.1 Comparison of curative effectsThe effective rate of the experimental group was 86.21%,and the effective rate of the control group was 60.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The PSQI scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01).There were significant differences in PSQI total scores and sleep quality, sleep time, and daytime dysfunction scoresbetween the two groups(P<0.05).2 changes in neurotransmittersThe relative power changes of neurotransmitters GABA and Glu before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group were compared with, and in the group, the content of GABA and Glu in the experimental group was decreased(P<0.01).And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);The relative power changes of 5-HT,ACh,NE and DA before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group were compared with and the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and there was no statistically significant after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);indicating that the effects of the two brain transmitters were statistically significant. The changes in brain neurotransmitter power before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group were compared with, there were significant differences in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusions1 "Blood stasis sting camp" can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with intractable insomnia, the effect is better than the control group;2 "Blood stasis sting camp" can reduce the relative power of GABA and Glu in the brain of patients with intractable insomnia, increase the neurotransmitter power of GABA、Glu、5-HT、DA、NE、Ach in the brain of patients with intractable insomnia, and have no effect on the relative power of 5-HT,DA,NE and Ach;3 "Blood stasis sting camp" may be achieved by reducing the relative power of GABA and Glu in the brain and increasing the neurotransmitters power of GABA 、Glu、5-HT、DA、NE、Ach to treat intractable insomnia;4 "Blood stasis sting camp" does not play a role in the treatment of intractable insomnia by changing the relative power of 5-HT,DA,NE and Ach in the brain. |
