| Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of "Shujin Huoxue Xifang" fumiga tion and washing on functional rehabilitation of children with humeral condylar fracture after operation.Methods:All the cases studied in this subject come from the Department of Orthope dics and Traumatology,Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 60 patients who meet the requirements are eventually collected and random ly divided into two groups by statistical software.According to the data provi ded by the group,according to the order of patients’ visits,the even-number pos itioning treatment group and the odd-number positioning control group,each gr oup has 30 persons,provided that both groups have the basis.exercise,then t he treatment group is fumigated with Shujin Huoxue Lotion,while the control group is fumigated with hot water at the same temperature.Then the pain,elb ow flexion and elbow function scores of the two groups are observed before fu migation and at the 3rd,6th and 9th weeks after fumigation.The datas of eac h score are analyzed by SPSS 17.0,and the results of the two groups are ana lyzed.Result:1.Comparisons of routine data between the two groups show that: age P=0.537 is greater than 0.05 by t-test;gender P=0.602 is greater than 0.05 by chi-s quare test;limb fixation time P=0.831 is greater than 0.05 by U-test;affected side P=0.605 is greater than 0.05 by chi-square test;fracture types P=0.953 is greater than 0.05 by chi-square test;cause of injury test P=0.691 is greater tha n 0.05 by chi-square;indicating comparability.2.Intra-group comparison: By repeated measurement of variance analysis,t he pain,elbow flexion and extension and Mayo elbow function score between t he two groups at different time points are compared.The results show that P(time)is less than 0.05,indicating that the Shujin Huoxue Xifang fumigation g roup and the control group changed over time,and their pain,elbow motion an d Mayo elbow function score occurred before and after treatment.Significant c hanges.3.Inter-group comparison: The independent t-test shows that bilateral progr essive P is greater than 0.05,indicating that there is comparability between the two groups before fumigation and wash.The comparison of P at the same tim e point between the two groups after treatment is less than 0.05,indicating tha t there is a significant difference between the two groups,but also because the pain value of the treatment group is smaller than that of the control group;th e elbow flexion and extension of the treatment group is greater than that of th e control group.In the control group,the Mayo elbow joint function score in t he treatment group is higher than that in the control group,so the Shujin Huo xue wash prescription fumigation group is better than the control group,indicat ing that the clinical effect of Shujin Huoxue wash prescription is better than th at of the control group only with functional exercise.4.Comparison of therapeutic effects:In the treatment group,26 cases are c ured and 4 cases are markedly effective.Control group: 19 cases are cured and11 cases are markedly effective.The Mann-Whitney U test shows that Z=-2.070 and bilateral progressive P=0.038<0.05 is significant differences between the tw o groups.Conclusion:On the basis of functional exercises after operation of humeral condylar fr acture in children,combined with "Shujin Huoxue Washing Prescription" can si gnificantly improve elbow motion and reduce it. |
