Clinical Study On The Effect Of Fumigation Washing Therapy Of Soup Haitongpi For Promotiving Knee Functional Rehabilitation Of Tibial Plateau Fracture Postoperative

Objective To study the post operative effeetiveness of fumigation-washing therapy of Eryhrinae decoction on early recovery of knee joint for tibial plateau fracture as well as further research on its benefits for clinical practice.Methods Through retrospective investigation,overview 30 patient who suffer fromtibial plateau fracture were randomly divided into 2 groups.Postoperative pain relief and prescription of antibioties were given postoperatively.Drainage tubes were removed in24-72 hours postoperatively.continuous passive motion(CPM)&active funetional exereise was applied as following treatment..Then the wound healed well 2 weeks later.In experimental group,patients were given strictly functional training and fumigation washing therapy of Soup Haitongpi.While in the control group,patients were treated strietly functional training only.Measures included:l.Effeteness on detumescence.2,Knee range of motion(ROM);3.HSS was used to assess knee function(the standard of elbow scored from American Hospital of Special Surgery):Knee range of motion(ROM)was recorded respectively on the day before surgery,the 2 week and the 4 week postoperatively;maximum circumference of the knee was measured on the 1 week and the 4 week after operation,then the swelling dissipated index was applied on the 4 week after operation,elbow function was evaluated on the preoperative.2 and 4 weeks after operation respectively.All data of 2 groups were calculated by SPSS 17.0 for windows for statistic analysis.Results 1.There is no statistical significance between two groups before surgery(P>0.05).2.There were no statistical significance of the the ROM between two groups on the day before sugery and the 2 week postoperatively(P>0.05),however,statistical significance are found on the 4 week after operation(P<0.05).3..There is statistical significance of the effeteness on detumescence and the assessment of knee function between two groups on the 4 week after operation(P<0.05)..All patients had no drug allergy and other adverse reactions.Conclusion Soup Haitongpi gets satisfied results in effeteness on detumeseence.ROM and Assessment of knee function of tibial plateau fracture postoperative,worthv of clinical popularization.
