Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Shengmai Yinqiao Granule In Treating Myocardial Injury With Toxic Qi And Yin Syndrome

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengmai Yinqiao granule in the treatment of Myocardial injury and toxic injury of Qi and Yin Syndrome.Methods: Clinical study: 68 children with Myocardial damage,toxic injury and Yin Syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Shengmai Yinqiao granules,combined with western medicine nutritional Myocardial treatment;the control group was treated with western medicine nutritional Myocardial treatment.Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks with 2 weeks as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,fill in the case observation form for the two groups of children respectively,and make statistical analysis of the data after a course of observation to draw conclusions,and finally evaluate the safety of the two groups.Result: After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in the total score of TCM symptoms and total effective rate(P <0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the study period.Conclusion: After the treatment of Shengmai Yinqiao granule,the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome integral quantity of children with Myocardial injury and toxic Qi and Yin Syndrome have been improved significantly,which proves that Shengmai Yinqiao granule has definite curative effect on children with Myocardial injury and toxic Qi and Yin Syndrome,which is worth further research and application.
