Clinical Study Of Changkangjian Granules In The Treatment Of Persistent Diarrhea And Spleen Deficiency In Children

Objective:By applying the changkangjian granules in the treatment of persistent diarrhea and spleen-deficiency diarrhea in children,this study observes it is clinical curative effect.Methods:Sixty-three children who are in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(changkangjian granules)and the control group(Clostridium butyricum Tablets,montmorillonite powder).Both groups were treated for one course.The improvement of symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after one course of treatment were observed,and statistical software was applied for statistical analysis.Results:The total effective rate was 93.94%in the treatment group and 76.66%in the control group.There were improvements in stool frequency and secondary symptoms between the two groups after treatment.The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was superior to the control group.In addition,defecate character was both improved after treatment,with no significant differences between the two groups.There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:Changkangjian granules has obvious superiority in reducing the number of defecation and improving the secondary symptoms,with no adverse reactions occurring during the treatment.Changkangjian granules has notable curative effect,no side effect and is easy to be accepted by the parents so that it is worthy of being widely popularized in clinical treatments.
