| Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Sheng Jiang San combined with Da Chai Hu Tang add and subtract in the treatment of patients with depression and internal knot type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with anxiety,and to provide new dialectical ideas and treatment methods for the treatment of such diseases in TCM.Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each using a randomized controlled trial.Both groups of patients received basic treatment of diabetes(health education,diet control,regular exercise,control of blood sugar),and the control group received basic treatment and oral flupentixol and melitrexine tablets(Darixin).The treatment group was treated with basic treatment,oral Chinese medicine decoction treatment,and both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Observe the changes of HAMA anxiety scale points,SAS self-assessment scale points,TCM syndrome quantification points,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and other tests before and after treatment,and evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Results: In the evaluation of the efficacy of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 76.67%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.In terms of the SAS self-assessment scale points,both groups could use The score decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group.In terms of TCM syndrome improvement,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.In terms of blood glucose(PBG)and glycated hemoglobin(Hb Alc)levels within the next 2 hours,a comparison analysis between treatment groups: after treatment,FPG in the treatment group was 5.98±0.43mmol/L compared with the control group at 6.51±0.57mmol/L;PBG in the treatment group was 9.52±0.60mmol/L compared with the control group at 10.33±0.91mmol/L;P<0.05,which was statistically significant;Hb Alc in the post-treatment group was 7.74±1.45% compared with the control group at7.86±1.11%,P> 0.05,which was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The effect of Sheng Jiang San combined with Da Chai Hu Tang add and subtract on the treatment of patients with anxiety of internal heat type 2 diabetes mellitus is obvious.It can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and effectively control the blood glucose level of the patient.Further research and promotion. |
