Summary Of Professor Pan Yueli’s Experience In Treating Children’s Purpura Nephritis Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System

Objective: This paper analyzes the characteristics and formula formation rules of Professor Pan Yueli’s treatment of children’s Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis with the Inheritance assistant system of traditional Chinese medicine,and summarizes Professor Pan Yueli’s clinical thinking and medication experience,to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Method: I collected 569 prescriptions for children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis treated by Professor Pan Yueli from September 2017 to December 2019 in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine,and using double recording method recorded in the software of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system.Result: The top 10 Chinese medicines used by the Professor in the treatment of this disease are Phellodendron,Clematis,Shiwei,Chuanxiong,Agrimonia,Platycodon grandiflorum,Alisma,corydalis,Peach kernel,Madder.The commonly used Chinese medicine efficacy types are heat-clearing medicine,blood activating and stasis removing medicine,water promoting and moisture permeating medicine and tonifying deficiency medicine.The four classifications of Chinese medicine are cold and warm medicine is relatively average.The five flavors of Chinese medicine are bitter,sweet and bitter.Most of them are used in the liver,heart,spleen,and kidney.22 core combinations of drugs were obtained after the analysis of the composition rules of common drug groups,and 11 new combinations were obtained by further entropy clustering.Conclusion: Professor pays attention to the pathogenesis characteristics of heat,blood stasis,dampness,and deficiency in the treatment of children’s purpura nephritis,so she mainly uses drugs of clearing away heat,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,promoting water and seeping,and tonifying deficiency.She emphasizes the influence of exogenous factors on the disease and uses drugs of clearing away wind and heat to treat the disease in time.
