The Study On Archiater Ma Hongbin’s Experience And Medication Regularity In The Treatment Of Henoch-schonlein Purpura Nephritis

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of treating Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis by Archiater Ma Hongbin and explore the rule of medication.Methods:Based on the TCM Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5)software,the prescription data was input,the frequency and frequency of drugs were counted on the data,high-frequency drug pairs were analyzed and summarized based on association rules,prescription rules and core combinations were summarized based on complex entropy clustering algorithm.The final results were exported to Excel,and the high-frequency drug use and experience of our teacher in the treatment of this disease were further analyzed after tabulated and charted.Results:(1)HSPN is mainly characterized by skin purpura,proteinuria,hematuria,accompanied by sore throat,cough,waist and knee pain,skin itching,fatigue,poor appetite and other symptoms.Based on the understanding that "diet and constitution are the prerequisite,rheumatic heat stasis is the key,and the etiology and pathogenesis often change",Archiater Ma Hongbin thinks that the disease is always the original deficiency,standard and solid,and divided it into seven syndrome types: The patients were treated with Sangju Decoction combined with Houke Liuwei,Zhao’s formula,Nephritis Siwei Decoction,Beixiefenqing Decoction,Jichou Liujun Decoction,Shashen Maidong Decoction and Shenqi Dihuang Decoction respectively.Commonly used characteristic drugs for the treatment of HSPN were listed as follows: Sophora japonica,Saussurea sanguinis and Herba officinalis.Commonly used characteristic drugs were Cicada slough-Silkworm,Mistletoticus mistletoticus and Polygonum officinalis.(2)Based on the statistical analysis of frequency,the top 10 high-frequency drugs used by Archiater Ma for the treatment of HSPN were licorice root,Radix Platylae,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Rehmanniae,Schizonepheidata,Persia sinensis,Tia cocos,Parsnip,Radix Rhizoma Rhizoma,and Elmus germanica.Its commonly used dose is 6g,10 g,10g,15 g,6g,10 g,15g,6g,10 g,10g,10g;The first six categories of high-frequency drug efficacy are heat-clearing drugs,anti-deficiency drugs,antipyretic drugs,hemostatic drugs,water-moistening drugs,and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Based on the four qi,five flavors and the meridian,it is concluded that the main drugs are Gan Han and Bu Han,supplemented by Xin Wen,and the general use of flat drugs.More attributed to lung,stomach,spleen,kidney,liver,heart.Drug formula based on association rules analysis law,the high frequency of 32 groups,the first ten set of licorice root,rhizoma imperatae,salvia miltiorrhiza,cogongrass rhizome,herba schizonepetae,wind "," garden burnet,salvia miltiorrhiza,radix rehmanniae,radix glycyrrhizae,sophora japonica,cogongrass rhizome,salvia miltiorrhiza,windproof,,salvia miltiorrhiza,herba schizonepetae,cogongrass rhizome,radix rubiae,garden burnet,sophora japonica.Based on association rule analysis,14 drugs were found to have the highest correlation.Based on complex entropy clustering,12 groups of new drug core combinations were mined,and 6 new prescriptions were obtained by further extraction of combinations.Conclusions:(1)Based on the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of HSPN,Archiater Ma Hongbin emphasized the treatment of HSPN by syndrome differentiation,often paid attention to the flexible application of dispelling dampness,clearing heat,removing blood stasis and eliminating purpura,and put forward the core treatment ideas of promoting lung qi,protecting spleen and stomach,reinvigorating and promoting health.Based on the TCM inheritance assistance platform and through data mining,it was further verified that Zhao’s formula was the common prescription used by Archiater Ma Hongbin in the treatment of HSPN.In the presence of syndrome,the key to the onset of "wind,dampness,heat,blood stasis and deficiency" should be firmly held.The combination of dispelling wind and relieving surface,cooling blood and stopping bleeding,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis with invigorating qi and invigorating the spleen should be combined to clear benefits and supplement the spleen,and both specimens should be taken into account.
