Clinical Observation Of Intervention Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Based On Huatan, Jianpi Jiedu Method

Purpose: To clarify the clinical efficacy and safety of removing,stasis eliminating phlegm,invigorating spleen and detoxicating therapy in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods: In this study,the number of patients who met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion was 60 cases,according to random number table method,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group has 30 cases.The control group received routine western medical treatment,the treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine of removing stasis eliminating phlegm,invigorating spleen and detoxicating therapy on the basis of routine western medicine,the course of treatment was 3 months.After 3 months,the patients' TCM syndrome,angina pectoris severity,the nitroglycerin dosage,myocardial ischemia in ECG and safety indicators were observed,and I used SPSS 17.0 to observe the indexes for statistical analysis.Results: 1.The curative effect of TCM symptoms score and curative effect:the comparison of TCM symptom score,the difference in the intra group comparison of the two groups is both statistically significant,P=0.000 < 0.05;Comparison between groups,P=0.006 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The comparison of the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the treatment and control group was 93.3% and 76.6%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(P < 0.05)2.Angina pectoris curative effect: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 93.3% and 66.7%,respectively.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(P < 0.05)3.The nitroglycerin dosage:The nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate of the treatment group and the control group were 83.3% and 53.3%,respectively.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(P < 0.05)4.ECG curative effect: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 40.0% and 36.7%,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.(P >0.05)5.Safety indicators:During the course of the treatment,There were no obvious abnormalities in the laboratory examinations of the two groups.There were 2 patients in the treatment group who had mild abdominal pain and diarrhea symptom.Because the symptoms were mild,spontaneous remission,no special treatmentthe test was not discontinued.Consider this may be related to the medication of this study.By statistical analysis,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Removing stasis eliminating phlegm,invigorating spleen and detoxicating therapy can interfere with unstable angina pectoris,which also can It can relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,improve the syndromes of TCM and the quality of life,so it is effective to treat unstable angina pectoris in clinic.2.Removing stasis eliminating phlegm,invigorating spleen and detoxicating method in treatment of unstable angina pectoris,laboratory examination of the two groups showed no obvious abnormalities,there may be a small part of patients may have mild abdominal pain,diarrhea and other adverse reactions.The statistical analysis showed no difference,this test method is safe.
