| Objectives:to study 160 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris and observe the effect of qishen yiqi on the prognosis of patients with unstable angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:a total of 160 UAP patients who visited the emergency chest pain center and department of cardiology of changzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to November 2018 and underwent PCI were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group using the random number method,including 80 patients in the control group and 80 patients in the treatment group.The control group received conventional treatment according to the CHD diagnosis and treatment guidelines.hn the treatment group,on the basis of conventional treatment,Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills were added once a bag,3 times a day.The course of treatment is 30 days.Observation of PCI postoperative adverse reactions and major cardiovascular events(MACE),angina pectoris curative effect evaluation index,electrocardiogram(ecg)changes and cardiac function(LVEF and LVEDD,LVESD),inflammatory cytokines(IL-6,IL-8,TNF alpha),T cell subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),blood coagulation function index(APTT,TT,FIB),related parameters of blood lipids(TG,TC,LDL-C),etc.Results:1.The angina pectoris was significantly improved before and after treatment in both groups,with a total effective rate of 78.75%in the control group and 93.75%in the treatment group.Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Before and after treatment,the ecg results of the two groups were significantly improved,with the total effective rate of 77.50%in the control group and 88.75%in the treatment group.Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).3.LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD values of the control group and the treatment group were not significantly different before and 7 days after treatment.After one month of treatment,LVEF increased significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group,and LVEDD and LVESD decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).4.Il-6,il-8 and TNF-levels were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment than before treatment,and significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).5.Compared with the pre-treatment,CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(all P<0.05),CD8+were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(all P<0.05),6.The coagulation function of the control group and the treatment group was improved to different degrees before and after treatment,in which PT,APTT and TT were prolonged to different degrees,but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Fibrinogen(FIB)decreased to different degrees before and after treatment in both groups,while the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).7.TG,TC,and ldc-c of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was signifieantly lower than the control group(all P<0.05).8.Adverse reactions in the treatment group decreased after 30 days compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference in MACE was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion::Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills can significantly improve the clinical efficacy after PCI,improve cardiac function,improve immunity,decrease FIB content,reduce complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.lt is suggested that Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills is an effective drug for the prevention and treatment of unstable angina pectoris,with stable plaques and anti-inflammatory effects,and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
