Zhishidaozhitongbian Granules For The Treatment Of Functional Constipation With Damp Heat Accumulation Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhishidaozhitongbian granule in treating functional constipation with damp heat accumulation stagnation,and to enrich the thoughts and methods of treating this disease with traditional Chinese medicineMethods:Eighty-three cases that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a test group and a control group,42 in the test group and 41 in the control group.The experimental group was given the self-made Chinese medicine Zhishi Daozhi laxative granules,and the control group was given oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for 2 weeks.The symptom score before and after treatment was recorded,and the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Follow up for 4 weeks after the end of treatment to observe the recurrence rate after treatment.Results:In the course of the experiment,2 cases were lost in the test group,1 case was lost in the control group,and 40 cases were left in each group.1.There is a statistical difference between the total scores of the main symptoms of TCM in the test group and the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of the main symptoms of TCM(difficulty in defecation,frequency of defecation,time of defecation,stool characteristics,falling,inexhaustible feeling)The group is better than the control group.2.The total scores of TCM secondary syndromes in the test group and the control group were statistically analyzed,P<0.01,there was a significant statistical difference,and the improvement of secondary symptoms of TCM(abdominal distension after eating,dry mouth,bad breath,short yellow urine,heavy limbs)The experimental group is significantly better than the control group3.The total score of TCM syndromes in the test group and the control group was statistically analyzed,P<0.01,there was a significant statistical difference,and the test group was significantly better than the control group in terms of improving the overall symptoms.4.The effective rates of the test group and the control group were 92.5%and 85%,respectively,and after statistical analysis,P<0.01,indicating that the two groups had significant differences in the effectiveness,the test group was higher than the control group.5.The recurrence rates of the test group and the control group were 12.12%and 41.38%,respectively.After statistical analysis,P<0.01,which was statistically significant.The test group was superior to the control group in controlling relapse.During the treatment and follow-up of patients in this clinical study,no obvious adverse reactions were found.Conclusion:Zhishi Daozhi Tongbian Granule is safe and effective in treating functional constipation with damp heat accumulation stagnation.It can obviously improve various clinical symptoms and has advantages in reducing the recurrence rate.
