| Objective: To investigate the changes of peripheral T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell levels in patients with early latent syphilis, patients with primary and secondary syphilis, and before and after treatment, and to study the changes and clinical significance of cellular immune function in patients with early latent syphilis. Its possible pathogenesis. Methods: From September 2017 to September 2018,52 patients with early syphilis were collected in the dermatology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University as the observation group, and 20 healthy patients were the control group.Among them, there were 20 patients with primary syphilis,30 patients with secondary syphilis, and 32 patients with early latent syphilis. The serum RPR of negative latent syphilis 1 year after formal treatment was established as group A,and the non-overcast was established as group B.Flow cytometry analysis was used to detect the expression levels of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in peripheral blood before and after treatment in observation group, control group and patients with early latent syphilis, respectively.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 software.Results:1.The CD3 +,CD4 +,CD4 / CD8 ratio and CD16 + 56 + in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(F = 4.836,F = 7.762,F = 11.95,F = 8.454),and CD8 + was higher than the control group(F = 5.096)The differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The CD4 +,CD4 / CD8 ratio and CD16 + 56 + of patients with early latent syphilis were lower than those of the control group(t = 4.689)(t = 5.131)(t = 2.942),and the CD8 + was higher than that of the control group(t = 3.656).The difference All were statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between CD3 + and control group(P> 0.05).CD16 + 56 + in early latent syphilis patients was lower than that in primary syphilis(t = 4.28),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,and CD4 / CD8 ratios were not significantly different from those of patients with primary syphilis(P> 0.05).The CD4 + and CD4 / CD8 ratios of patients with early latent syphilis were lower than those of secondary syphilis(t = 2.329,t = 2.288),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between CD3 +,CD16 + 56 + and CD8 + and patients with secondary syphilis(P> 0.05)3.The CD4 +,CD4 / CD8 ratio and CD16 + 56 + of patients in group A were lower than those in the control group(t = 47.71,t = 3.872,t = 2.377),and CD8 + were higher than those in the control group(t = 4.856).The differences were statistically significant.Significance(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between CD3 + and the control group(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in the parameters of cell immune function between group A and the control group after treatment(P> 0.05).The CD4 / CD8 of patients in group A before treatment was lower than that after treatment(t = 2.356),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + and CD16 + 56 + before and after treatment(P> 0.5).4.The CD4 +,CD4 / CD8 ratio and CD16 + 56 + of patients in group B were lower than those in the control group(t = 5.419,t = 5.577,t = 2.747),and CD8 + were higher than those in the control group(t = 4.476).The differences were all different. There was statistical significance(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between CD3 + and the control group(P> 0.05).The CD4 + and CD4 / CD8 ratios and CD16 + 56 + of group B patients were lower than those of the control group(t = 3.081,t = 3.457,t = 3.086),and the CD8 + was higher than that of the control group(t = 3.186).The differences were statistically significant.Significance(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between CD3 + and the control group(P> 0.05)There were no significant differences in the indexes of group B cells before and after treatment(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Cellular immune function of patients with early syphilis decreases.2.Early latent syphilis is significantly different from early symptomatic syphilis.3.After regular treatment of patients with early latent syphilis, the cellular immune function tends to be normal. |
