Study On The Characteristics Of Serum Dopamine Contents Between The "Liver Can’t Store Soul" Type And "Spleen Can’t Store Intention" Type Patients With Insomnia

Objective: Based on the previous study of "five gods classification of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine",the content of serum dopamine(Dopamine,DA)in patients with insomnia of the “Liver can’t Store Soul” and the type of “Spleen can’t Store Intention”.Analyze the differences,with a view to enriching and improving the objective indicators of "five gods classification of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine" to further promote its application and promotion in the clinic.Methods:The patients who were diagnosed as insomnia were collected from the Shenzhi Department of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.According to the "Traditional Chinese medicine Wushen classification diagnosis method of insomnia" to screen 30 cases of“Liver can’t Store Soul”type(liver group)and 31 cases of “Spleen can’t Store Intention”type(spleen group).At the same time,30 cases of normal control group were collected.The serum DA content of each group was measured and analyzed for differences.Results: The ratio of male to female in insomnia was 1: 1.65,and there were more women than men.There were differences in the total PSQI scores and the total AIS scores between the Ganbuzanghun group and the spleen Buzangyi group(P<0.01).Compared with the serum DA content,there was no statistical difference between the “Liver can’t Store Soul” group and the normal control group(P>0.05);the “Spleen can’t Store Intention” group had a statistical difference with the normal control group(P<0.01);the “Liver can’t Store Soul”group had a statistical difference with the“Spleen can’t Store Intention” group(P<0.01),and the serum DA content in the“Spleen can’t Store Intention” group was higher than that“Liver can’t Store Soul” group.Conclusions: There is a significant difference in the serum DA content between the “Liver can’t Store Soul” type and the“Spleen can’t Store Intention” type insomnia patients in the diagnosis method of "five gods classification of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine",and the “Spleen can’t Store Intention” type is significantly higher than the “Liver can’t Store Soul” type.
