| ObjectiveThe correlation between ERG expression level and microvessel density was analyzed(MVD)and Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1(PD-L1)protein expression in Urothelial carcinoma of the bladder(BTCC)tissue, and provide important reference for tumor malignant degree evaluation and prognosis evaluation.MethodsThe expression of ERG protein in urothelial carcinoma tissues was analyzed by immunohistochemistry, and the correlation analysis of ERG protein expression level, microvessel density and PD-L1 protein expression in tumor tissues was conducted. The data were processed by SPSS22.0 software.Independent sample t test was used for comparison between the two groups, and χ2 test was used for immunohistochemical results.P<0.05 was statistically significant.ResultsImmunohistochemical analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the expression of Dynamin-2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and normal esophageal mucosa tissues(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of Dynamin-2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was higher than that in normal esophageal mucosa tissues. The results of PCR and Western Blot showed that m RNA and protein expression levels of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were higher than normal esophageal mucosa tissues. There was a significant correlation between the expression of dynamin and lymph node metastasis, tumor size, invasion area and pathological type.Conclusions1.The expression level of ERG protein is positively correlated with the increase of tumor MVD,and the high expression of ERG protein may promote the formation of tumor blood vessels.2.The high expression of ERG protein in bladder urothelial carcinoma is positively correlated with the increased value of microvascular density and the high expression of PD-L1,and is closely correlated with the clinical features of high tumor pathological grade, increased tumor number, tumor infiltration, etc. The positive expression of ERG protein can be used as a prognostic indicator.3.for bladder urothelial carcinoma. The high expression of ERG protein in urothelial carcinoma of bladder is positively correlated with the positive expression of PD-L1,which may provide a reference for clinical anti-vascular targeting combined with immune anti-tumor therapy. |
