Study On Traditional Chinese Medicine About The Syndrome Differentiation Types Of Rapid Eye Movement Sleep Behavior Disorder

Objective: Rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder refers to the patients in the rapid eye movement phase with abnormal complicated movement behavior,hurt yourself or companions.RBD was previously thought to be an independent sleep disorder,but more and more clinical follow-up studies have shown that RBD is closely associated with Parkinson’s disease,multi-system atrophy,Dementia with Lewy body and other neurodegenerative diseases.At present,RBD is considered to be important for the early warning of neurodegenerative diseases.Through the analysis of the information of TCM four diagnostic of RBD patients,summarized the representative TCM syndrome differentiation,which guided the clinical practice and provided the basis for TCM treatment.Methods:To selected 60 patients who met RBD diagnostic criteria from the affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy in department of outpatient and inpatient from 2019.05.01 to 2020.12.31,fill in the general information questionnaire and the Chinese university of Hong Kong rem sleep behavior disorder sc ale,fill in "Chinese constitution classification and decision table",collected the information of TCM four diagnostic,SPSS25.0 software was used for frequency statistics of the information of TCM four diagnostic,clustering analysis was carried out by using intragroup join clustering method,Euclideam measuring.Results: Of the 60 patients included in this study,4 cases fell off and 56 cases were effective.There were 39 male patients and 17 female patients,and the prevalence of male and female patients was about 2.3:1,which was within the range of male and female prevalence as stated in the diagnosis and treatment guidelines.Among the 56 patients,the oldest was 85 years old,the youngest was 15 years old,and the most patients ranged from50 to 69 years old,accounting for 57.1%.Cluster analysis on the information of four diagnoses showed that they could be divided into seven categories,which in descending order were deficiency of Shen Qi Xu syndrome,Shi Re syndrome,peaceful constitution,Yin Yang Liang Xu Qi Yu syndrome,Qi Xu Qi Yu syndrome Yin Xu Tan Shi syndrome,Tan Shin Jia Yu syndrome.The first four types were more common,and the last three were less common.Conclusion:To summarized the syndrome differentiation and classification of RBD in this study mainly includes Shen Qi Xu syndrome,Shi Re syndrome,peaceful constitution,Yin Yang Liang Xu Qi Yu syndrome,Qi Xu Qi Yu syndrome Yin Xu Tan Shi syndrome,Tan Shin Jia Yu syndrome.
