ObjectiveBy analyzing the clinical characteristics of preterm infants, clarifying the high risk factors and main complications of preterm birth, and dynamically analyzing the neurologic and physical development data of preterm infants,so as to provide a theoretical basis for formulating reasonable nutritional support strategies and intervention measures.MethodRetrospective analysis of 114 preterm infants in NICU hospitalization and regular follow-up at the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province from January 2017 to December 2019,and were divided into advanced preterm infants(group B and C).42full-term infants(group A)were selected as the control group and identified the risk factors and major complications of premature birth through general birth, hospitalization, complications, maternal complications and discharge follow-up information.Results1、IVF and premature fetal membrane rupture are the main factors of premature birth, and the main complications are infectious diseases, neonatal anemia, bronchopulmonary dysplasia and neonatal asphyxia;2、During the follow-up,it was found that group C weight completed chase growth at 6 months, group B achieved chase growth at 12 corrected body length,and114 premature infants did not catch normal term growth from the corrected month age to 12.Conclusion:There are obvious differences between the physical and nerve development and the normal full-term infants,so the long-term regular follow-up should be conducted, and the nutritional intervention and early intervention should be strengthened to reduce the complications and improve the prognosis.
