Effects Of Five-element Music Therapy Combined With Kangaroo Care On Physical Development And Behavioral Neurodevelopment In Premature Infants

Objectives Observe the effect of the five-element music therapy combined with kangaroo nursing on the physical and neurological development of premature infants,and provide a basis for clinical premature infants to promote more effective and convenient early intervention methodsMethods 72 cases of premature infants who were hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit of Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2019 to March 2020were selected as the research objects.Premature infants were divided into experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 by random number table method,each with 36 persons.Experimental group 1 was given routine nursing in neonatal intensive care unit+kangaroo nursing+five-element music therapy.Experimental group 2 was given routine nursing in neonatal intensive care unit+kangaroo nursing.After the vital signs of premature infants stabilized,the intervention was implemented once a day for 1 hour each time for a total of4 weeks.Before the intervention,one week after the intervention,two weeks after the intervention,three weeks after the intervention,and four weeks after the intervention,the weight,length,head circumference,behavioral nerve score and energy intake of the two groups of premature infants were measured,and the five element music therapy combined with kangaroo nursing was evaluated The effect of intervention.Independent sample t test,one-way analysis of variance,repeated measures analysis of variance and non-parametric test were used for statistical analysis of measurement data;χ~2test was used for statistical analysis of count data,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results 1 Comparison of the physical development of the two groups of premature infants:The weight,length,head circumference,and energy intake of the two groups of premature infants before the intervention were not statistically significant(P>0.05);four weeks after the intervention,the five-element music therapy combined with kangaroo nursing group The effect of body weight is better than that of the kangaroo care group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the repeated measurement results show that the main effect of intervention,main effect of time and the interaction effect of the two groups of premature infants are statistically significant(P<0.05);After four weeks of intervention,there was no significant difference in body length and head circumference between the two groups of premature infants(P>0.05).2 Comparison of energy intake of premature infants between the two groups:the mean energy intake of the five-element music therapy combined with kangaroo care group was better than that of the kangaroo care group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Comparison of the neurodevelopment of the two groups of preterm infants:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the total score of NBNA and the scores of each dimension between the two groups of preterm infants(P>0.05).After two weeks of intervention and four weeks of intervention,the five-element music therapy combined with kangaroo care group NBNA total score,passive muscle tone,and active muscle tone score were better than the kangaroo care group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Repeated measurement results showed that the main effect of intervention in the total score of NBNA in the two groups of premature infants,the main effect of time,and the interaction effect of the two were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Four weeks of five-element music therapy combined with kangaroo-style nursing intervention can promote weight gain in premature babies.2 Four weeks of five-element music therapy combined with kangaroo care can promote the neurodevelopment of premature infants.Figure 2;Table 6;Reference 122...
